Thanx to all at Paisano's, we had a wonderful small group of 5 attending a birthday dinner for my daughter last night.There is nothing better than a small town restaurant outshining the big city operators...and that is what happens with every visit to this gem in Richmond, IL. 4 different appetizers and 5 different entrées and all excellent. You will never have a better prepared Lobster Bisque than served at Paisano's. How this kitchen can offer so much variety so well prepared is a mystery but they keep consistently doing it. Every nite, in addition to the regular menu, there is also a long list of specials. You can absolutely find something to your liking unless you only eat bean burritos and if that's the case, you are in the wrong place. Ali is as fine a server as you will find and I am certain that she will remember to have the bar manager order cocktail onions. For you folks that wonder if it's worth the drive to Richmond, IL for a meal, I assure you that it is. There is a reason for their great success and you will learn why on your first visit.

Very cool atmosphere, great staff, and amazing food. Honestly the price wasn’t as steep as I was expecting either. We went with a group of 6 and it was very reasonably priced for the portion sizes. �
I’m getting pickier as I get older. There was nothing to be picky about here. Atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for the style. Service couldn’t have been better. Food was outstanding. Price is very reasonable for the high quality. It’s been a while since I got this excited about a new restaurant (new to me, anyway). If you like good Italian food, totally worth to visit.

First time there! We went early and didn't have a reservation, but the hostess said she could seat us. The place was quaint and cute. Parking lot across the street was packed, but we found a spot. They have valet parking too. The food was great! Nice menu. The waitress gave us the "specials"- an extensive list...not sure how she remembered it all.
Overall: Excellent Food, service and prices! Can't wait to go back!
Delicious food and ambiance....wonderful, attentive staff. The Lobster Bites and Grilled Calamari were to die for!
One of our favorite restaurants; we eat here often and it never disappoints. The food is always excellent as is the service. We brought friends with who were experiencing it for the first time and they enjoyed it tremendously. The Restaurant was very festive for the holiday season and the owner stopped by our table several times to check on us.
Great food and drinks. It was nice to have the owner stop by the table. It gives it the special something. My drink was a little weak by that happens. Was so happy to find out they had oysters for apps!

Great place - wonderful service, delicious food! We went there with family for a celebration; I can hardly wait to go back. A little on the pricey side, but so worth it!

We had an exceptional dining experience. Our first time, I had Linguine with white clam sauce and my date had veal picata. Fabulous. Service was good, even being New Year's Eve. Reservation made and we were seated on time. Four star...will return.
Best lobster bisque ever, amazing Ahi Tuna too!! Restaurant always looks wonderful, quick service, wonderful dessert menu!
Best Italian restaurant around, aranchini (rice filled with cheese breaded and fried served with sauce) is the best around. My husband always orders lasagna.
I have never had a poorly made meal here! The food is always cooked to perfection, the dishes are seasoned perfectly, and the presentation is wonderful!
Best Italian Food, Bar None.. This restaurant is as good as any Italian restaurant in any major metropolitan area. If they have the Ribeye, it is a must have.
