Awesome cocktails (and I'm not even a cocktail guy), great rotating draught beer selection, chill vibe, hilarious company, fun events, engaging bartenders, unique library, and the food is a flavor explosion... The Bad Old Days is my favorite bar - hands down.

Very impressed with this new rustic local pub. Owners are fantastic and made sure to cover every detail. Attended an event recently, look forward to opening day & so should the neighborhood! Top notch in decor, quality & ambience! Congrats to Rina & Sonja on a job well done.

A nice little bar with a really fun vibe, friendly staff. Super enjoyable place to sit and relax. I didn’t love the cocktail I ordered (espresso martini), but I think I would absolutely come back and order a house special drink. Definitely somewhere I’d revisit!
Really eclectic feel, with great service, a great beer selection and cocktails. Nice pre-game or date night spot. They didn’t have food, but you can have food delivered. Nice touch.

Chill vibe, great prices. Great place to come to with a group of friends as everyone here is pretty familiar with each other and pretty cliquish — all in all, highly recommend; board games and all.

A few months late but finally getting around to this review. This place is great. The ambiance is extremely warm and relaxing. They have a wonderful selection of games and a nice outdoor space. I visited a couple times while I was staying in queens and was pleased with the experience every time. To top it off this place has one of the best bartenders I've encountered in the city. Her drinks are delicious and she is warm and welcoming to all real Americans. The first time I visited I happened to be wearing my all lives matter pin. She noticed it while serving me and pointed it out. I expected the typical nasty response that I get in NYC when people misinterpret my political leanings but instead she commented on how nice it was to see. The bar was somewhat busy so we didn't have a long conversation beyond that but her positive reaction really made my day. If you have a chance to have a drink here on a day the blonde bartender works I 100% recommend you do. The other couple times I visited there was another bartender who I didn't feel comfortable speaking politics with so I can't guarantee they are all as cool as the woman but he did make a decent cocktail so you will have a good time regardless of who is working. If you are in the area and want to a place to drink.. I highly recommend this one.
This is a great spot! It has this cozy, grungy, but very welcoming atmosphere. My friend’s and I love coming here, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area!
The Bad Old Days is a throwback to my first arpartment’s living room, oh the good old days. This neighborhood haunt makes me wish this was my neighborhood.
Love this place so much! It's my new favorite bar. I only wished I lived in the area so I could go all the time! It's super cozy, with bookshelves, comfy chairs, and mismatched furniture. Great prices and they have events like bad movie nights and free comedy shows. Love it!!
A hidden gem. It has a casual oldies feel. It's a great place to go with a group of friends if you just want to relax and catch up. The bartenders are very friendly. The drinks are decently priced. I would definitely suggest a visit here.
Loved this bar. The decor and the ambience is great. It's perfect for drinks with your special someone. The drinks are strong and good. They have bar seating and comfy chairs which I believe u can even play some board games on. Only downside is they dont sell food but u can order to deliver there. Overall nice bar with sort of a hipster style to it. Will deff come back.

Good beers on tap at the time idk if they change. Bartender was nice and courteous even with our demands lol. Would definitely recommend for a chill little spot. Keep in mind that it can be a gay bar at times.
One of my fav low-key spots to grab drinks with friends. Love the kitschy vibe and bartenders are really chill and nice. AND they project rad films major plus for me. :)
Cozy, great hot toddies, comfortable couch and clean. Fun decor, throwback games and excellent music selection. If i were a traveler waiting to check into my airbnb, id stop here first for a beverage.

A truly Great Bar. Once I came here with some friends and it was some wonderful man’s 70th birthday party. We all got cake. Another time I came here and drank some beer. May the Bad Old Days continue to bless our days both good and bad for many moons more.
