Many thanks to the kind lady behind the counter. My pizza was hot and tasty. And your store is very well maintained.😀🍕 Also, I wish to say thank you very much to the store manager for his courtesy and professionalism. For intervening and de-escalating a verbal confrontation between me and one of his employees who was working behind the counter at about 12:25 p.m. Saturday, Dec 9, 2017. That young man was rude and had a very nasty attitude and would not listen to reason. He even ignored the fact that I had a receipt for the item that I was returning. But the store manager, not only listened to me; but quickly ascertained the gravity of the issue and remedied it with a most satisfactory solution. Solving that dilemma quite quickly. I look forward to continuing to be a patron of this store for a very long time to come. Anyone who treats a customer as fairly as this man did me that day is truly a gentleman and a scholar. My sincere gratitude.
