Cute little bakery with lots of gluten-free options. All of the GF options are rice-based. I had the savory pretzel and the carrot muffin. Both had great texture and nice flavor profiles. The pretzel was quite impressive in terms of taste and texture. I would had liked to see more GF flour options than just rice though. Other than that, the section was impressive.

A great spot to grab breakfast - My wife and I love the breakfast pizza! (I recommend calling to reserve a slice, it goes quickly) They have delicious cold brew and a wide variety of teas available. I've never had anything here I didn't enjoy

Overjoyed to find an amazing bakery that happens to be GF! The staff is as wonderful as their baked goods. I have had several cakes for family events and everyone wants to take some home! Try the Pumpkin muffins & you will be hooked. This is one place that everyone will love, regardless of gluten status. Love it!

The best muffins I've ever had -- my favorite is the carrot muffin, but they are all spectacular, as are the macarons. I'm not sensitive to wheat and so did not seek the bakery out because they serve GF. I really can't believe everything is gluten free -- simply fantastic!

I love their banana chocolate chip muffins, plus they have THE BEST pie crust. Their bacon quiche is to die for, as are their other mini pie (e.g., pecan) items. Plus, sitting outside looking at the water tower is a lovely thing to do in the morning.

Outstanding bakery and affordable! Some of the best GF bakery I've tried. For Valentines Day they have chocolate bundt cakes and lindsor torte cookies - both were great, but the bundt cake was AMAZING. I also got cupcakes, muffins and breakfast pizza. All were tasty but the cakes and muffins were my favorite. Stop reading this review and go get yourself a chocolate bundt cake. Or two.

I was in Chicago for the Rod Laver Cup this past weekend. I have been necessarily wheat-free for six years. My niece Googled to find this bakery. Oh my goodness, the marble pound cake is the best gluten free treat I have consumed in six years!!! Those of you who have this delightful bakery in your back yard must give it a try. I am, sadly, 12 hours away! Wonderful goodies!

We found Barbs through Yelp and we're really happy we tried them. The cookies are amazing so we ordered four dozen frosted Christmas cookies for a party. EVERYBODY loved them. The cakes and cupcakes look amazing so will be back soon.
