I have loved the smell of donuts cooking since I learned to smell the finer things in life. It's a wonderful sensation to walk in there! Just close the door behind me, and forget all my troubles is what I do. It takes all my concentration to savor the flavor of a Krispy Kreme donut!!
I am a frequent visitor of this little cation as I have identified twin nephews who love doughnuts. Yesterday, my nephews requested green and yellow doughnuts. Upon arrival, there didn't appear to be any doughnuts in those colors. I decided to ask the lady behind the counter and she went to the back of the shop and returned to tell me they were working on making some for me.
Thank you Krispy Kreme, Roanoke team, for accommodating the request of my nephews. They very much enjoyed them.
There finger lickin. Good. Just wish they had better prices. It don't cost 13 bucks to make a dozen doughnuts

We have visited Krispy Kreme in several locations over the years. The "hot doughnuts now" sign is certainly a draw to us and our family and friends. Our church in Fincastle, VA hosted a Vision Team Group from Eunseong Methodist Church in South Korea. Visiting Krispy Kreme was on our agenda. They "loved" the hot doughnuts. Your staff in Roanoke VA went beyond to be helpful to our group. They were courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make all of us feel welcome. Everyone went to their respective host homes feeling happy and full! We are grateful that your staff is so well trained and welcoming! Like to make a shout-out to both Ernie and Kameel.
It was very good and friendly employees... it was my first visit to a store I always buy from the kiddos from school

This has to be the best donuts all around. These are not round small cakes. These are yeast dough donuts, light, airy, and so delicious! You can get filled, cream, jelly and curd. These are awesome donuts. And get "HOT AND FRESH" these are great with the ice cold milk they have, or you can have coffee. I love the ice cold milk with the hot and fresh.
Great, the workers served us fast, and nothing was out of stock. The place was really clean. Though we spent a good bit you can usually get your hands on a coupon of some kind for buy a dozen get a free dozen of glazed.
I will always and forever love Krispy Kreme. However on this visit do you need customer service was not as good as it could have been. My friend asked about what kind of donut she got for free and two people told her they didn't know and to hold on they would find out but just said we didn't know and left it at that. The lady that was training was okay just a little shy but the lady that was helping her wasn't very friendly. Even though my friend could have phrased what she phrased better the lady could have just Shake It Off and gone on. But again I will always always go to Krispy Kreme.
I seldom go in this store and come out with just that. I went in for 2 glazed donuts and 2 raspberry. Well it did not turn out like anticipated. Instead, I purchased hot chocolate, bulk glazed coffee, 3 chocolate iced and 3 glazed. They were out of raspberry. I must give them props for their hot chocolate. It tasted like the hot chocolate your grandmother would make. The real damn thing. I was shocked. Though I visited Roanoke store and I live in Richmond. I will be visiting my Richmond store a lot more now.
Coffee is better, faster, and cheaper than Starbucks. Donuts are good and fresh. The cashier Broshia was super nice and made sure our order was accurate, if you read this thanks!!
