I found this place to be very nice both inside and out .. they have a wonderful outside dining area… And the inside of the restaurant is very elegantly decorated… I found the staff to be very friendly and very attentive … I found the food to be spectacular it's very rare that I use this word but everything was spot on… And the chef came out to greet us and make sure our food was to our liking… This is definitely one place you should try when you're in Rochester
Excellent service !!! All staff was polite and attentive � I have a lot of food allergies, dairy, gluten and soy.....the staff accommodated my meal perfectly! I got the 8 oz filet cooked medium rare and it was done perfect!! Great atmosphere as well!!! Well done Pane Vino!!! ����
Visited on Saturday October 28 for dinner. Had reservations. Exceptional rack of lamb, generous cut and perfectly done. Our server did not rush our meal. Highly recommend!
My group was lucky to go on a beautiful evening that was nice and cool. So we sat outside on the patio which is so nice with a great view. The service was excellent and the food delicious! I will definitely be back.
We have been here a couple of times and have never been disappointed with the service or food. This is "our spot to go" whenever we do go out. Seafood is beyond delicious and meats are so tender and juicy. Highly recommend Pane Vino!
I'm not big on leaving reviews but I felt the need to leave a review on this restaurant. I made reservations for last night for my boyfriend's birthday. It was absolutely amazing. From the hostess to the waitress and even the owner walking around to each table. It's been a while since I went to a restaurant and did not complain about an employee's attitude. Everyone was so lovely. Staff even helped out with surprise of a huge birthday cake that I had for my boyfriend. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

I brought my fiance to this place for our 2 year anniversary tonight and we had an absolutely amazing experience! The food was delicious, the service was amazing, they had live music, and the atmosphere was so great. You definitely feel like you have found a treasure in Rochester. If you are looking for a great date night, look nowhere else.

My friend and I really enjoyed Pane Vino - the food, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! I had the Chicken Milanese and my friend had the Salmon - she mentioned that the salmon was a bit dry but overall very good. We also appreciated the fact that the restaurant has a bring your own wine policy (for a small fee).

Delicious food. Great service. Love the outdoor seating near the river! A bit overpriced, but the atmosphere the restaurant creates makes up for it. There are dishes to pick from in the lessor range. The martini flight was delicious! The staff were all kind and checked in. I'd go back.
Excellent restaurant. Delicious meals, portions are big, good cocktail/wine menu and there was a live music when we went! Would 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to go back again!
It's been a number of years since I've been back. Just as i remembered we again had great service from the moment we walked in to the time we regretfully have to leave. Had the Beet Salad Caprese salad lobster ravioli and the veal Saltinboca. Each dish was good but unfortunately they will not be remembered once tonight passes.

I can't say enough good things about Pane Vino On The River. We dined on the outdoor patio, as the sun began to set. The patio lights along with outdoor heaters provided a comfortable and elegant ambiance. The live music was an enjoyable surprise. Our server Dezarae, was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. The Moscato was fantastic, maybe the best we've had ever. We started the evening with a coconut shrimp appetizer. Three colossal shrimp, coated with coconut flakes, and fried. Served with an orange marmalade, horseradish sauce to add just enough flare to keep you guessing. The dinner entrees were completed with the choice of salads and warm fresh bread served with seasoned butter, spiced olive oil and grated cheeses. The lasagna was a delicious hearty portion with a taste that would rival any from the old country. The Eggplant Parmesan, to no surprise was cooked to perfection. The staff from start to finish was world class. The Executive Chef Tim Trybus, graced us with his presence and a brief conversation. Rated Rochester's #1 Italian Restaurant, it certainly lived up to it's name. An excellent dining experience.
Great atmosphere once the put the old-school music on for ambiance. Bartender was on point. Cocktails are delicious. Service is warm and thorough. The owner came to the table and greeted each of us. Very pleasant. The cuisine was fantastic. Barely any leftovers. Recommend the Saltimbocca, Pollo Francese, Fra Diavolo, Chicken Milanese. The wine list is simple and classy.
Great food, great portions, a little pricey, but for what you get well worth it! Definitely recommend the antipasto. Waitress was great. Management was very friendly. for a nice night out of dining for some great Italian food I recommend.
Wow is this place amazing! If you have not been there yet, you're missing out on the it place in Rochester! Go ASAP, you will thank me.
Great view and service, loved the live musician who played Elton John, Cat Stevens, to Coldplay. Food was good Italian.
Phenomenal meal...our server was attentive and the food came out at an excellent pace.
Haven't tasted bread this good since I lived in Brooklyn.
Appetizer:
Clams and artichoke french. Every bite was delicious...the sauce the clams were in was very tasty.
Dinner:
Chicken French with a side of risotto. Again, everything delicious and the sauce was particularly nice.
