I ordered the fresh vegetable roll appetizer, and the Wild Curry Vegetable for my entree. I also decided to try a Thai beer for the first time. The portion sizes here are absolutely huge! The food is so full of flavor, and so good! The atmosphere was pretty quiet, and the floor plan is very wide open and spread apart. The service was extremely fast, and mostly friendly. The only downside was I felt like I was being rushed out of the restaurant. I was asked if I wanted a to go box after I had barely started on my meal.

I've been here a few times, and it's the best Thai in Rochester in my eyes. I have always had really good service, and the food is very good. Today, I had the sesame chicken, which is different from traditional Chinese sesame chicken. And they brought out a bowl of Spicy Chicken soup. The soup was definitely Spicy, and the sesame chicken was a more comfortable heat. Both were really flavorful.

I’ve always loved the food here, so going back I had high expectations. The tofu fell short on texture and being over fried. I also wished for more Thai influence in the experience, kinda felt mainstream.

Looking for a Thai food in Rochester? Stop searching and visit this restaurant. Perfect food, service, atmosphere. Servers are professional and very friendly. Unlike some of other Asian restaurants where you can only drink ONE cup of water, they keep coming to your table and filling you water!!! The most important part of this restaurant is the taste. It tastes very authentic, not salty and perfectly balanced flavor. Moreover, you can CHOOSE the spicy level depending on your spicy tolerance! Tried few other restaurants but this place is the best in Rochester so far.

I've been coming here since the 90s. No matter where I've traveled, this remains the BEST Thai food I've had by a significant margin. The best flavors, the best and freshest ingredients ... always ... and attentive service.

Favorite Thai place in Rochester area - local staple for years. Extremely efficient and cordial service with generous portion sizes of high quality, fresh food. Extensive and logical menu. You'll be amazed at how fast the food arrives. Calm and well-decorated atmosphere.

It was a good place. Lots of options, the different types of food were spelled out really well in the menu which helped alot and everything was tasty. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere would be good for a group or maybe a date.

Seated quickly, quiet clean setting, very attentive and polite wait staff, food came quickly and was tasty. All told it was a really good choice for a quiet weeknight dinner. Reasonable prices, too.

Large restaurant by the highway with even bigger portions. The food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. What’s even better than the food might be the service. The waitress was super friendly and made the dining experience even better

Good food and good experience. We asked for it to be crazy spicy hot. Although it was very good and the spiciness blended very well with the flavors, it wasn't hot by our standards (sweating on the first bite) on the pallet, but something about it did eventually trigger a nice glisten on the forehead. The one mistake was my own which was to miss the lunch specials on the front page. My companion and I got the exact same thing, except he got the lunch special. Our dishes looked identical, although his might have had one scoop less — it was hard to tell. I also got rice in a separate bowl and got a separate clean plate which I didn't understand nor need. Come to the bill and his is 15 and mine is 30. Lesson learned.

This place is always busy, for a reason! You'll still find a good seat, the wait isn't long. Dishes can be requested gluten free & menu has something for everyone.

Ordered the Tom Kar Koong soup and the Phat Thai. Serving of Phat Thai was huge and excellent flavor. The soup was flavorful but it only had two shrimp, and dozens of mushrooms. It's supposed to be a shrimp soup so that was a disappointment. My wife had soup of the day and a basil almost licorice tasting beef dish that she loved. Service was good and they had a good crowd for Wednesday.

We really enjoyed our takeout from The King and I. I would highly recommend this restaurant for Thai food. We had the sweet and sour chicken (not bad) and the Pad Thai (really good). Only knock on the Pad Thai was that it tasted a little too peanut-buttery. The spring rolls and fish sauce are out of this world. Will definitely go back!!!

Inexpensive and super delicious. Loved the phat Thai noodles. They also have a lot of quantity so if you don't want leftovers, get one dish between two people. They have tons of vegetarian options. If you visit do try the pad Thai it's the best ❤️

My go to Thai restaurant for all of my college years and even when I went back to visit spectacular food, ridiculously good hot and on point spice and extremely affordable phenomenal service also. Very Thai atmosphere. One of the best Thai places I’ve ever been to.
