Employees were friendly and polite…but .had to wait for my quarter pounder to be cooked while ordering via drive thru…..fries were not fresh….
The food at McDonald's seems to be different than in the past. Something has changed. Very pleasant people serving. A lot of people using the kiosk but no one in line to order.
Wow great McDonalds. The floor was not sticky and the staff was proactive. I was very impressed with this location. Three people checked my order to verify it during the wait. I did not get that uncomfortable and can’t wait to leave feeling like most of them…
Stopped for a quick breakfast treat. We were greeted by a team member who took our order, saving us the embarrassment of trying to figure out the order kiosk. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed of the transaction, and the speed with which our order arrived. We were also surprised at the interior renovations.
This lady is rude while she can see they are clearly busy and she was so rude asking for a cup of water " a large cup of ice water". So the manager was nice and said oh sorry ma'am here let me give you a cup and you can get water sorry about that. And the lady is rude and says uhh excuse me... why are you rude to me and didnt make the water for me and that MADE NO SENSE. THE CREW AND MANAGER ARE NICE from what I've seen. Anyways she got her water and we ordered our food but if that lady made a report I swear she was in the wrong. Names Luis hernandez from geneseo NY contact me if needed amd I just asked the managers name who was called rude. She was definitely not rude but her name is China.
Great place and the manager is super friendly and cool.

I ordered at the kiosk but they were out of order numbers that you put on the table so I just made up a number. There weren't that many people there so they found my table. The service and food were good!
Fast, not always friendly (I'm sure dealing with hangry customers takes a toll) but all in all, the most consistent with friendliness and service quality people/food.
The woman who took our order was friendly, very helpful, and brought our order to our table with a big smile plus a few extras. She was very professional and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She said, "Hope you come back again."
