Went to this location yesterday. Ordered my meal and two kid's meal. Cashier showed me a draft receipt asking if everything was ok and I skimmed it saying "yep". When I picked up our order. It was missing one of the Happy meals. I looked at the receipt I was holding again and realized he hadn't heard my Happy meal and instead just a plain junior burger. I realized the mistake was mine and mumbled that I would figure it out and said thank you and went to sit down. A few minutes later one of the employees came over with a Happy meal bag with the fries and toy that we were missing since I didn't catch the error originally. It was super sweet and they didn't need to do that. It kept me from having to get back in line and wait for another order. Excellent customer service... Especially since the error was mine!
The service of this location has improved soooooo much in the past few years! They're still bust but, not as busy since chickfila has opened. The staff are much more friendlier now too.
Perfectly made burger... Which rarely happens.
They were putting up Christmas decorations so it was pretty regular up in there!
I had a very good Dave Single and 10 piece chicken nuggets for a $1.00 this is a good deal buy 1 and get 1for a $1.00!
I got a bacon attorney meal and it was really good and freshly made! It almost tasted like they lightly seasoned it 😋
Definitely the nicest staff of any Wendy's I've ever been to.
I went around 1pm today everyone was extremely respectful and overall in a great smiling mood and the drive through went quickly. They did however forget my straw but it was totally okay things happen.
The first time in a long time that I actually got a hot burger and hot fries. Goodbye McDonald's, goodbye Burger King, hello Wendy's. Give me a hot hamburger and hot french fries and I'll always come back for more.
12/19/22 Update : had lunch at Wendy's, and as usual the burgers were hot, the fries were hot, and the lemonade was excellent. Moved it up from 4 to 5 stars. Take that McDonald's and Burger King.😁
Pretty above average Wendy's. I go here over any other fast food in the area because they have dog treats for my pup.
The change in takeout is better the orders are now on a Mobile shelf The back workers had gloves on quiet and pushing food out. The women at the cash register was lost and slow pushing out the food. Having you standing there.
I have gone to Applebee's for salads and Wendy's are much better for the price.
The food at Wendy's is always consistent. Unlike Chick-fil-A McDonald's. My wife and I got a crispy chicken sandwich it was much thinner and not near the quality of it just a few months ago!
Went through the drive-thru and the the employee taking the order was super happy and friendly! Same at the other end with receiving order just super friendly! Makes you want to come back being greeted this way! And of course the food was piping hot and delicious! 😋
