After reading many great reviews the hubby and I tried Hong Kong One today. The food was fresh, piping hot, the sesame chicken was crispy and all of our veggies were perfectly cooked. The customer service was excellent! Definitely worth a try 😊. Hot and sour soup, sesame chicken and chicken with vegetables.
We stopped into I-Square yesterday for lunch and chose Hong Kong One. The food is fresh and service was great. Highly recommended and we will be back. I had the Chicken with Vegetables and it was fantastic.
First tried their food about two years ago, and since then we have returned many times.. I'm partial to the General Tso chicken.. not heavily battered, always crispy and their sauce is one of the best I've found in the Rochester area. The portions are pretty large, prices are very fair, and the staff is always friendly, polite, and accommodating to any requests.. every time I ask for extra sauce in my order, they ALWAYS do it correctly, which I can not say for other Chinese restaurants around here.. another thing that I have been impressed with, is when you call an order in to be picked up at a particular time, they have it ready and being bagged up fresh and piping hot almost right to the minute! highly recommend them for a great meal without complaints

Solid food. Good pricing. Love the atmosphere of the location as well. Wasn’t a big fan of the celery. Spicy is not spicy here. One the best Chinese food experiences I’ve had in a while. Will be back!
Best option I’ve found in Rochester, and surely in the Irondequoit area itself. The food is pretty good standard fare Chinese, wait times for pick up are low, and iSquare itself is a nice enough locale to eat in.
Prices are reasonable and the customer service is really superb. I asked for egg in my rice (something that isn’t normally done/on menu) and they obliged me no problem. Likewise, I asked if they could do a mild General Tso’s and they were more than happy to accommodate. Rare to find good customer service in this day and age and area, so if for that alone, I will continue to support them.
I'd consider myself a bit of an Orange Chicken connoisseur. I've tried it many Chinese establishments in the Rochester area - and this place has the best orange chicken - and it's not close.
It's not overly gooey or breaded - and the sauce isn't too tangy or too sweet. They get it perfectly every time - and they use quality chicken!

Good Chinese food for usa take out. Go to for us in irondequoit when it comes to Chinese. Not exactly authentic Chinese but best in town. We love I square but it's basically a food court style atmosphere. Overall, we like it a order often.
