This place was always great.Little over a month ago we got a pizza that wasn't cooked all the way. I called and the manager he was great to deal with. He gave us half credit. We just got another pizza tonight, it was great. That was the only time we got something that wasn't good there. The manager is very respectful and courtest. We'll always go back
⭐️⭐️ The Best pizza in Rochester!! The Garlic Knots and Wings are amazing!! We order every Sat night for movie night in our family. We go to the one on Elmgrove road in Gates. The owner is so kind and they are consistent every week! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you!! Very welcoming staff. I was greeted with a warm hello at the door and a enjoy your meal by all on my way out. We ordered take out. The Lasagna, meatballs and salads were absolutely delicious! So glad we tried this place we will definitely be back.
So I ordered and paid online. I called because it never got delivered but it was my fault because online just said pickup (I messed it up!). Anyway they delivered it in 15 mins. The pizza was good even late as leftovers. Next time I’ll say extra sauce but other than that we are happy. Great customer service and good food, thank you!
08/06/23: Our second time getting pizza from this location and it was surprisingly good this time. The amount of time quoted for pizza pick-up (45 minutes) was longer than most other pizza shops, but it was reasonably priced. Extensive menu options.
Out of this world white pizza with spinach and mushrooms. Couldn't ask for better. Friendly staff. Clean shop. So grateful to have this shop in our area
Never have I regretted getting a pizza here. I usually order online for larger orders but will just walk in for slices if I have 5-10 minutes.

Wow!. We recently rediscovered this place . It's really good!. We went another day and got a big pepperoni pizza and a pickle pizza. Both great. Everyone loved the pickle pizza. We will be back.

Definitely recommend the NYC thin crust here if you have been having issues finding Brooklyn style pizza! Super delicious and the garlic bread sticks are great too. I hate when pizza shops just throw garlic or cheese on a pizza crust and call them bread sticks. Only $22 for this huge medium pizza and sticks!
Unbelievably delicious! To say that they are the best in town is underestimating them. They might be the best in N.Y.! And as we all know, NY has the best Pizza in America... so this spot might be in the news soon.... but, I was starving so I maybe that's why it seems so good. Definitely coming back to give them a second try!
UPDATE: I went to another location and checked if it was really what I thought it was cracked up to be... well it was and actually it was way better. I found a new "best Pizza that I ever tried!"

If I can give 10 stars, I would, for everything, food, service and atmosphere. Owner is phenomenal. You will never walk in, at least in my experience and what I have witnessed, without a greeting, no matter how busy it is.
