Ordered through Slice App. Large special with wings and an extra 5pc wings
As we can see received a medium and correct wings.
Called Pontillo's looked up the order admitted their mistake and had sent an additional medium within 30 mins. (2 mediums > large)
Very apologetic.
Pizza and wings were great.
We like square slices so thats why we ordered the large but customer service was fantastic and food was delicious.
Pizza was delicious! They also have hot cherry peppers.

This is the best Pontillo's location! The last 10 or so pizzas (all consistent with each other) I've had from them easily blows away any other pizza I've had elsewhere and I've pretty much had them all in Rochester. Plus the staff is friendly.

I've been ordering from these guys since I was a kid. The same staff and owners, same good quality food, and consistent. Articulate what you want, or how you want your food, and that will be how you get it. Best Pontillo's on this side of town, that's for sure!
We have been eating Pontillo pizza from lake Ave for the past 30 years. When we were kids we went to Pontillo next to Charlotte furniture store. To this day the pie still taste great.
Good pizza and wings..4 rating because I asked for a regular crust.
But I guess their regular crust is thicker than we prefer..
They give great service only thing they don’t have the regular Pontillos’s pizza taste I’m used to.
BEST pizza in town - especially when you ask for the Mini-Cap n Char pepperoni!!
