I just got food at thos location and it was great. I asked if the fries were soggy or crispy and they told me they would drop a new batch for me which was crispy. I thought that was really awesome and great customer service. I also spoke with jacob in the drive through and he was super friendly and able to answer all my questions down to the t. This is the type of service i would expect to see at a 5 star steak house not a fast food place. Keep up the great work guys! Also as a business owner i would suggest giving these guys a raise and treating them well. Good help is very hard to find these days. I just visited a fast food place that sells chicken nearby and received very terrible service. The employees at this taco bell are the kinds of people you want running your business for you!
Whoever was working the window last night (Easter sunday) around 8:30 was the bomb. When we pulled up to order he immediately told us what they were out of and was super kind and accommodating. Another customer got angry at the amount of food they were out of (ridiculous imo considering it was a national holiday at 8:30 at night) and drove over the lawn around us as we pulled up to the window. The cashier took it like a champ, completely unphased, and cracked some super funny jokes while he got our order together. He genuinely made me and my fiancés night. My receipt said his name was Alan, but his vibes are definitely giving Chad. I will go out of my way to come to this taco bell from now on.
Yoooooo! Just had the best experience at this Taco Bell since moving to the area! A friendly greeting at the drive through, the order came out exceptional! My cheese quesadilla with extra cheese was on point. I’d post a picture but we woofed down that bell before we could process our next move… which was to write this review. Thanks y’all!
