The staff was very friendly. I wanted to add fries to my order after getting my order and I was able to do that without any problems.

Charley’s is one of the only places I eat when I go to the mall! The chicken Philly cheese stake is great!! My kids love it as well. The staff is always really nice!

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by John, who immediately made me feel welcome. He not only took the time to answer my questions about the menu but also went above and beyond to accommodate my large order. To my surprise, John even offered me a complimentary serving of fries as a gesture of appreciation for my order.
The cheesesteak itself was outstanding, perfectly cooked with tender meat and just the right amount of melted cheese. The flavors were well-balanced, and the bread was fresh and delicious. I truly relished every bite and was impressed with the overall quality of the food.

The gentleman who took my order was top notch customer service. I should have got his name to honor him in this review. He explained the company’s focus on making quality food and lemonade. I’m pregnant and the lemonade tasted delicious but was something I am unable to drink at this time. I look forward to enjoying in the future.

The owners are always there and greet me and Kian their cook always remembers me by name and exactly how I like my sandwich. Great quality food and superb service. I often go out of my way to have lunch there even when I have no other need to be at the Rockaway Mall
