Bridge Street Burger is our absolute favorite! The burgers are simple but SO delicious and the staff is always friendly (in fact the owner is usually cooking and makes a point to say hi to us). Even our one year olds loves it! Pro tip: Get your fries loaded for extra yumminess.
Tom and I ordered 2 double hamburgs and I had the fries. Tom ordered the loaded fries which were excellent but a little too spicy for me. The workers were great, very friendly, and they even honored Tom with a free meal since he is a veteran. Great addition to Rockford. Will be back again!!!

Everybody has their favorite little burger joint - this one's mine. Just trust me, this is a cute little place with reasonable prices and burgers so good that it works just as well as an option for date night as family night. Well pretty much, anyway, just missing the malt machine - if they ever did get one in that place, I'd never leave, so it is probably better this way. ;-)

Super friendly staff, great prices, and great veggie options! Their black bean burger was delicious, and they also had a veggie burger. (choices!) Great to see a burger place take Veg Folk into consideration. Also, I would go back just to get some more of their fries. So Good!

Best burger I have had in a long time. Perfect size, awesome flavor and this is what a great cheeseburger should be. I loved the atmosphere and this is truly a gem for ROCKFORD and GR. Check it out, crinkle fries were outstanding as well

Went for a double burger meal. Fries and orange kola. Put everything from the menu on the burger and in No way was I dissapointed! Burger was still very manageable and left little to no mess at all. Pretty small spot, open seating friendly environment. Wouldn't bring a large party here as it could quickly overwhelm the seating. Service was friendly and welcoming, wasn't waiting very long before our order rolled out. Only regret? Should've gotten a triple patty vs the double. Will be back again for sure!
What a terrific little burger joint right in the quaint riverside shopping area of Rockford. The triple burger with my custom chosen toppings was delicious and had a almost charbroiled flavor that they said comes from how long their grill has been seasoned over the years. The loaded fries were also delicious and they brought our meals out much quicker than I had expected. This is a great little place that I will definitely return to when I’m in the mood for a burger and am in Rockford.
Very nice simple menu, tasty burgers, friendly service and reasonable prices. When we visited it was very busy however even with lots of customers we only waited 5 to 10 minutes. Definitely under 10 minutes for 4 meals. The burgers remind me of Freddy's Steak Burgers. I would recommend this place to anyone. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and ate at the nearby picnic tables by the riverwalk.
This place is a unique place within downtown Rockford. It has smash burgers instead of normal burgers that you would find at corner bar. It has a nice rustic interior with real wooden floors and a small dining room which is perfect for small parties.
Terrific burgers! Only downside: they were out of bbq sauce & gluten-free buns when I visited for the first time. Hope that on subsequent visits this isn’t the case. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Small spot but great burgers and really fantastic fries! They are actually perfect — I can see this being a go-to place for a quick bite this summer.
TIP—> I recommend the double with grilled onions, fresh jalapeños, bacon with an egg. Yum.
Great smash burger. I will skip the jalapeños next time. They distracted from the flavor of the burger. The crinkle fries are a must with your meal. Great family environment

My quad burger was so good and I loved how crispy my curly fries were!
The sitting area was a little rustic, but the food definitely made up for it! The people that were working the front were very friendly and has great suggestions! I will be back!!
