My niece chose Chick Fil A for her birthday lunch this Thursday. You're place was packed with 2 sports teams yet your staff was friendly & efficient. We got our lunch quickly & your manager visited every table asking if there was anything else he could get anyone. We were very impressed & your food was delicious!
The staff here is so great, not just to guests but even to each other. A great place for our family to go out, or for me to show up on Tuesday mornings for some free wi-fi to go with that Vanilla iced coffee.
Was there yesterday. Sweet girls gave me my sandwich free they said because i was so nice. I beg to disagree. They were extremely kind and polite. My day was made and the sandwich was delicious. I've never had better chicken sandwiches then Chick-fil-A � thank you
Food was reasonable. Love the choices. Restaurant is very welcoming. And the food taste great. And there is a very friendly old lady from Georgia that works there. Love her Georgia accent.
I just want to say that this place is amazing. We only get to stop a few times a year on our way between the UP of Michigan and family in Indiana. We stop on the way there and on the way back because A. We love Chick-Fil-A and B. This particular store and the customer service is amazing. Thank you for your kind service and hospitality.

My son and I had the most awesome customer service at Rockford IL Chik Fil A last night, thanks to the ever cheerful owner Phillip! Tried the Southwestern salad-YUM and the lemonade is the best! Always a great meal with great customer service!

Workers are so friendly and polite. Food is fresh and hot. I was there on Memorial Day and they had a table set up with a thoughtful remembrance of those that paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Such a yummy meal in a delightful place. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind.
Last night, Amanda and I decided to get a quick snack from Chick-fil-A in Rockford. When we drove up through the drive through, the service we got was amazing. She was so nice and polite when taking our food orders. As I started to drive up to pay for my food, I couldn't help but talk to Amanda how nice they were and how much I liked going there. When I stopped at the window and pulled out my card to pay, the lady at the window, with a big smile on her face, said; "Actually, this one is on us". I was speechless so I asked why? She replied, "You guys were so polite and friendly". This really made our night and even though it wasn't a huge amount, it was just so kind and friendly. They were genuinely nice!
The food was hot fresh and fantastic the service was excellent. But the reason why I'm writing review is twice now on random lock I've stopped here for food for us and the kids and I got a free fry the first time and this time I got a free Oreo cookie shake that they made an extra one of or something. Just made my day made my kids day. Thanks for the little random acts of kindness I'm sure myself and others have received.
Great food. They do chicken well. I had grilled chicken and my granddaughter has breaded chicken sandwich. Both were good. Fresh bread. We both had waffle fries. Service good. Place clean. Kids had fin playing.
I stopped at this Chick-fil-A for some lunch for me and my family while on a road trip back from Florida. We were treated with kindness and professionalism. The food was amazing for a "fast food" restaurant. I always get the grilled chicken club sandwich. Very good! The lady that gave me the food when I got up to the drive thru window was friendly and helpful. There was a gentleman working next to her. He was doing something else but still acknowledged me and asked me how my day was going. No matter which Chick-fil-A location I go to, I have always experienced excellent food and beyond amazing service!
