Justice, our server, did an amazing job. We were always topped off on drinks, food arrived very quickly, and she was incredibly friendly. Food was good too!
Jennifer is the best server here. If there's ever a mistake on my order she always fixes it. She always sits down at my table and talks with me for a couple minutes. I would recommend asking for her as your server. She gets a 10 out of 10.
Ordered the $5 drink special. It was big & good. My chicken tortilla soup was nice & HOT! Hate cold soup. I had ribs, good but they were cold. Hate cold food! I was hungry so didn't send back. Next time I will tell them make sure it's hot! Service good, a new guy was in training.
We are so disappointed that they closed our DeKalb Applebee's so we were excited to eat and dine in. Love it and our waitress was excellent.
Very good service and the hamburgers were very tasty. I wish they'd kept more of their original menu with the glazed chicken on rice and dishes like that for variety but still enjoy the comfortable atmosphere and the good food and service at Applebee's in Rockford on State Street
