Absolutely delicious! Sandwiches are huge! Variety is very good! Tomato basil soup is one of the best! Service was quick & friendly! Cute place. Fun music. Highly recommended for a hearty or light lunch. Rockport Strong! Try it. You won't be disappointed!
I always eat the same sandwich. #23 which is the Club on Pumpernickel bread, toasted and buttered with a side order of their delicious egg salad. This place is a hometown gem and everything is made to order. The bread is fresh so be patient if you get there during rush hour. It’s not a bad wait but like any thing else, some folks are impatient. The Soups are delicious. I recommend getting there by 11:45 at the latest.
Great food and service, delicious home made sour dough bread to die for! I had the hot pastrami sandwich with cheese and banana peppers and a sweet mustard sauce on their homemade sourdough bread!
I love this place so much! The BLT and the Egg Salad Sandwich are so good! I live in Dallas but come to see my Mom and I probably eat lunch there everyday I'm in town! The staff are so very nice even if you go in 5 minutes before they close. Try to not to do what I do when I remember they close at 3pm! �

You have to try this place! Excellent choices in sandwiches. We had 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich. Which was Great for a colder day! Even without the soup, they have amazing choices for sandwiches.
This will be a regular stop for us from now on!
We went for lunch and when we got there there was not wait and the table was ready for us. I had the club sandwich and baked potato soup ( the picture is the soup). The club sandwich was so delicious it was the best club I have had yet. The potato soup was also delicious I have never ate potato soup out of a coffee mug before. There is a single person bathroom here and it was clean when we went. The waitress was nice and on top of the drinks. I recommend coming here for good food and a good time.

My husband and I are on vacation in Rockport, we are visiting from Austin. We got a recommendation from one of the souvenir shops in the main area of town to try this place. It was absolutely wonderful!! The employees are all super nice and even if it isn't their table they still rush to you if you want/need something. The place is very clean. Their prices are fantastic!! And the food is SO delicious!!! We both loved it! He got the Rueben sandwich and chips. It was huge. I got the Chicken Club Salad and there was so much that I had to get a to-go container. Then he got an Apple Dumpling and I got a Reese's peanut cookie. They were perfect! I throughly recommend this restaurant to everyone

We had the soups and half sandwiches. Tomato basil soup with the triple cheese sandwich. Baked potato soup with the blt. Plenty bacon on the sandwich. We will be back many times.
This is an Awesome nostalgic restraunt .The food is Awesome and the service is great! They make Homemade Soups and Sandwiches and Apple dumplings dessert is the best around! Not to mention I've washed a dish or two there.😆❤️Go meet the new owners They are terrific.Thanks Apple Dumplings for a gret experience.!
We've tried going multiple times when we visit Rockport. First they were closed, then take out only. I almost have up, but today it was open with dining.
It's good. Nothing to write home about, but good.
I've eating at some solid sandwich spots and they're hard they're difficult to compete with.
Service was good the the restaurant and bathrooms were clean.
I ordered the lobster bisque with a tuna salad both were really good! The waitress didn't get the order correct and brought the wrong sandwich. It got corrected but took a little longer to get the meal. Other then that we enjoyed the food and everyone was friendly! We will be returning!
