I’ve been to many places in Montgomery county area and I would say pho 75 is by far the best as far as taste and cost goes. Large bowl is under 12 compared to most places I’ve been to that would charge 15 and up. The broth wasn’t too salty and it had the right amount of fat that made it delicious. The dessert is also one of my favorite. Under 30 for 2 dessert, small and large pho.
I went to this restaurant last week to try their Pho. Their soups tasted good. It tastes even better than another restaurant nearby my house. I tried Pho#1, which comes with briskets and a friend had #16 with white meats. I will def come for more!
One of the best kept secrets in the area. Quick service, yummy soup, and cheap. The large soup is like $8. They don’t charge for hot tea either. The people there are very nice and ready to offer suggestions if you want. I love going on cold days or when I really need a pick me up. CASH ONLY!
Overall, I recommend. Parking can be kind of a hassle so be prepared.
Edit: bathrooms are bad and overall cleanliness has gone down. Prices have gone up and menu has changed. (2023) I would still recommend but would bring wipes.
Lunch and dinner times are popular and crowded but it's easy to get a seat. Food is delicious, and reasonably priced (note: cash only, i believe)

This place is so popular! People come and go. The pho is recommended. It makes me crave for it here and there. The staff are also nice and helpful. For someone like me who eats less, small serving is more than enough for me.
Absolutely delicious pho. Their coffee is also to die for. They basically do one thing and do it extremely well. Also they have an absolutely delicious egg roll
Me and hubby stopped here after a doctors appointment cause I’ve been on a pho binge lately and I’m glad we did the pho was so good and the had a bunch of different ways you can get your pho. It is a cash only place so make sure you stop at a atm before you go much it’s inexpensive and good as hell
Best Pho in town for years however covid ended 4yrs ago why are we still doing the wonky hours and closed on certain days bit? Last 2 times I drove 10m to get lunch and it was closed. Cmon.
We had take out and the food was great. We particularly liked the goi cuon, very authentic, not full of vermicelli and lettuce like other places. Cha gio was also good, we just wish it is done with banh trang Vietnam.
My friends and I only prefer this place. We've tried other Pho restaurants but always end up comparing it to Pho 75 in Rockville because they really set the bar. GOAT.
Yummy beef pho noodle soup, the flavor comes from the broth. It’s straightforward very casual, no frills, and cash only. Paper plates are used to serve appetizers such as egg roll or shrimp garden roll. Here’s a note from my kid who says it’s the best noodles ever, 999999999 star!
Pho is kind of like Vietnamese fast food, so if you keep that in mind then for the price and speed, Pho 75 is hard to beat. Parking is hard to find at this location but you might be able to just park at the nearby Giants instead
Very good place, everything was very tasty. The service was kind and fast. We tried two types of soups, different tastes but both very good. We also tried the two types of rolls they serve, they were very good, worth order them! My only complaint, the place was not very clean, the walls had stains and the windows looked like needing a deep cleaning... It's not a cozy place at all...
The traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. The taste of the soup is very original. The place is already well located but the distribution of the tables is often uncomfortable, especially when the place is full. With the small inconvenience that they only receive cash.
