Stayed a couple of days near the Fallsgrove Village Center in Rockville and happy to see this Starbucks location. Pretty but fast service. Got our London Fog Tea and snacks. Great parking adjacent.

Your typical Starbucks ! The clientele varies from youngster to old folks. Two main entrance and located on the side of the road . Same smell of coffee and cocoa. Its usually fast service. Seats are usually taken by people on their computer with their beverage!
I usually order through the app, my order is always ready on time and correct. Their baristas do a better job making drinks than other Starbucks in the area IMO. The staff is also almost always super friendly and attentive.

Just off the highway for easy coffee access. Clean bathrooms and overall a nice place.
Good small Starbucks with 3 seating benches outside and rest indoors. The place is small and crowded. Barista’s are good and do a good job of making drinks.
Just visited this store and experienced quick service and excellent customer service. The associate helped make a custom drink for me that matched one that was out of stock, and it was delicious!
Found my clover! I didn't expect this unassuming Starbucks to have a Clover machine. The Clover is a machine that's reserved for the reserve coffees in Starbucks (no pun intended). These reserve coffees are the cream of the crop Starbucks Coffee. I am not a coffee snob. But I've never been disappointed with any of the reserves. The Clover and the reserve coffees are a perfect match. I tried to home brew I bought but could never get the same result. Hold the cream and sugar please. It's that good!
I feel comfortable there. The atmosphere is relaxing.
Yesterday I bought a fresh brewed hot venti coffee which was filled right to the brim. I had to be somewhat careful carrying the brew since it was so full.
It was delicious though, one of the best cups of coffee I ever tasted. It was piping hot so I paid for it with my pre-paid Starbucks card which I scanned with my iPhone.
I hung out at the Fallsgrove Plaza Starbucks for a few hours then went home. It was a pleasant experience there with free WiFi.

Sometimes it can be very busy, I try to go during off times. Staff are very kind and professional. They are well organized managing the mobile and walk-in orders. I'm a fan of egg bites.
The barista's are always friendly, professional and my mom always has a smile when I bring her a coffee. Cheers!
I usually do a mobile order and have my son go in and pick it up. My only downfall is that the mobile is not updated couple different times I put in an order only to find out that they did not have the items. But the customer service seems to be great inside anytime I go in because my son is taking a while I always get superb service
Customer service was great! They served me and wished me a happy birthday! Highly recommend and will be back to enjoy some more good times and good coffee
Even if I'm running late, I will always make a stop to pick up my go to coffee. I always order ahead from the app, because it does get busy...but its starbucks, what starbucks isn't busy? Thats expected. But I must commend the service I receive from Zae, he's always taking care of me and always making my complicated drink on point. I just want to point out how great his hospitality is.
