I moved here about 2 weeks ago, I was not happy with the way my previous landlord was treating the residents and their lack of response concerning the safety and security of the residents while on the property. Of course since I’ve only been here for 2 weeks, I will update my reviews periodically. For now I can talk about many differences between the two properties: My one bedroom apartment is a lot bigger than the one I had before, there are convenient walkways surrounded by greenery and plants and in some areas there are water fountains, great place to take your dogs for an enjoyable walk. Last weekend I had a minor maintenance problem, I told them I could wait till Monday but the technician on call came and fixed it less than an hour after I submitted my request!! At my previous apartment I had an emergency but the guy on call for emergencies simply ignored my calls. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The management is professional. The first time I stopped by to look at the property, I had the pleasure of meeting the property’s assistant manager, Chris, such a wonderful person, he answered all my questions before, during and after I moved in. A couple of days ago I had to take my dog out after midnight and I saw a suspicious man in the lobby, the next day I mentioned it to Chris, he immediately gave me a card with the contact info of our security guard (yes we have a security guard) and he added the non emergency number of the police but what surprised me the most was the fact that he also gave me his cell phone number!! I guess with this property I have to get used to communicating with dedicated and responsible grownups. Believe me, I am working on it.

I’ve lived in many apartments over the years and I can easily say this has been the best management team I have ever worked with. Especially Giselle and Chris. The maintenance always came quickly if needed. The only bad thing I have so say about this place is the tenant are the worst. Smoke alarm went off 5 times while we lived here because of people smoking in the stairway. People don’t put their dogs on leashes or clean up after them. Upstairs neighbors are inconsiderate making noises at all hours of the night. And they trash the parking spaces. The amenities are great and clean. Overall the apartments weren’t my style but I had no issues living here !

My fiancée and I have lived in our apartment for 5 years and have recently moved out. The current management and maintenance team are stellar (special kudos to Kristen, Giselle, Chris, Adrian, and Carol). We would highly recommend Mira Upper Rock to anyone and we are sad to leave our beautiful community and apartment.

I’ve lived here for 2 years. Easily the best apartment. Zero maintenance issues, wonderful staff. Lots of community events. 10/10 recommend. Chris, Gisselle, and Kristen are awesome.

I'm so glad I rounded out my apartment hunting at Mira. I felt instantly welcomed by the leasing team, Giselle, Kristen and Deandre. I got greeted with some good snacks and smiles before touring a number of nice units. Hoping to call Mira home some day soon!
