They are always so nice and friendly with extra fast service. The new Iced Honey Crafted Press is sooooo good. It's the best new drink I've had in years from any coffee place.
I think Caribou is much more affordable as well for what you get. Especially when you consider substituting for ingredients

This location always makes my beverages perfectly and the workers are always very friendly, so I wish I could give it 5 stars, but sometimes the lines are so long that, even with 2 workers you would think they would go through more than a few cars every 40 minutes or so. Long wait for drinks with 1 drink ahead of us and drinks that are mostly ice. No one moving with any sense of urgency. Girl at register was nice so she gets the 2 stars.
Friendly staff and drinks are consistently good. If I am in a hurry, I order ahead through the app, and my drink is ready when I get there.
I don't live in Minnesota any longer, but always make a visit to Caribou when i'm here. I tried the French Toast Shmearful this time - excellent. And my campfire mocha was fantastic as usual. Service was great, restaurant was clean.
The wait times are outrageous waited in the Drive thru for 45min there was 5 cars in front of me. At their competitors it would’ve taken at at most 10 minutes. Even if they are short staffed I can’t imagine taking this long.
