I want to start off by saying this place has a special place in my heart...my family sweet 16 dinner was here, we came here with my grandparents when they were alive, so my heart has fond memories at this restaurant.
5 of us met up last Sunday for my father's birthday dinner. Our server Nicholas came right over to introduce himself and bring us some biscuits. He had such a fantastic sense or humor and had us all laughing the whole time. He answered our questions, the food came out hot and accurate, and tasted amazing. He even came over with a dessert for my father for his birthday and made it a point to make him feel special at his dinner and since he was turning 65 the next day, that was really important to me and meant the world to us. The food was great but Nicholas made sure we had an experience we won't forget. When we went outside to say goodbye, my father said next time he comes back he's going to ask for Nicholas because it was such a great dinner. I don't live in Suffolk anymore and I'm tempted to take the drive just to have another night like that. I've told a bunch of my friends to head over and enjoy themselves because this went beyond any expectations I went in with.
Thank you for such a fantastic night with my family, and a special thanks to Nicholas for providing such excellent service that has us still talking about how incredible he is!
Overall, it was a pleasant lunch. The food was tasty, nothing out of this world though. The shrimp was a little small, but flavorful and cooked to perfection. The service was wonderful, nothing lacking. Atmosphere was nice and quiet. The cheddar bay biscuits were delicious, as always. Wished there were more than 6 small shrimp on the shrimp and fries plate.
Our waiter was awesome and very attentive! Food came fast, was hot and delicious!
The food was delicious, although it would be nice if they had a little more options for cold dishes such as shrimp ceviche or more variety of salads. In this summer season, the options for cold dishes are ideal. The service was very good from The waitress only had a delay in the kitchen to send the butter sauce because they had already sent the lobster...the atmosphere is nice, the bathrooms are tidy and clean, in general you have a good experience at Red lobster and the prices are good too . and the margaritas are delicious
The food is delicious, friendly service. They made my daughter's Birthday dinner a great experience!! π
Tiffany is an excellent server that came around enough to see there was anything needed. Super chill and pleasant to have. Must request her if you want one of their best. This made the dining experience great! Way to go for a restaurant that typically has a high turnaround. I'll definitely be back.
Wonderful cheesy warm biscuits!!! Just what I was craving for π
We had the crab linguini, Baja shrimp bowl, and the grilled lobster, shrimp, and salmon. All were great but a bit on the salty side. The strawberry lemonade was perfect for the summer and you get free refills! We did have to wait at least 15 minutes each time for our server but she was very nice.
We visited last night for my pre birthday dinner and had AMAZING SERVICE by Anthony. He was EXTREMELY Attentive and our food came out at the perfect pace. He continuously checked up on is if we needed anything. We will definitely be back because of the amazing service we had. Food was delicious. Got Mussels in white wine sauce as an appetizer which were great. Calamari appetizer was ok, I've had a lot better. Lobster feast! Crab legs, shrimp. Everything was hot, fresh and came out pretty quickly. Drinks from the bar were made well also. Gotta love the cheddar biscuits. Overall good experience. My only suggestion for them would be to clarify the reservation tool online. You can reserve ahead with up to a party of 6 and it cuts your wait time in half when you get there. So when we got there at 6 the wait was 30 mins, and we only had to wait 15 which was nice. The hostess said you can only reserve for parties of 4 or less, which contradicts the website. Regardless they were very accommodating. I'll be back.
This location was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was good.
Went for dinner with my mom and aunties. Food was great but the biscuits were a little underdone. Our server Nino was great and made sure we had a good time.
When I came here for dinner.... I had no expectations of having great service. Our waiter (Sarfina) not sure if I spelled her name right or not. Was the BEST waitress EVER!! Her personality was on point as well as the SERVICE! She provided options/recommendations for food. She constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. The food was hot and fresh... Alcoholic Drinks were very good. Restaurant was clean and there was no wait time what's so ever.. I do plan on going back here for the food and service. Sacrifice you deserve 1000 Stars!!
The menu pick 3 is a very worthy selection. I have to say the food was delicious . Pasta Alfredo with shrimp π€ π also the special sea food platter comes with lobster, shrimps... very good option for lunch without braking your wallet.
