I mean it's Taco Bell, you should know what you're getting, it's cheap food and not Mexican cuisine. That being said it was clean, fast service, plenty of seating exactly what you would expect from fast food. My only complaint the driveway isn't clearly marked other than painting on the road that it is both an entrance and exit. Would suggest they put up a physical sign along Portion Rd. Not a big deal, just missed the turn and I notice some Taco Bells have physical signs near the road to help when its dark out.
One thing that would make me a much more appreciative taco bell fan would be if they would honor requests to have hot sauces added to the food directly during the prep phase. There's nothing more annoying than having to unwrap and apply hot sauce before you can eat it.
Very well organized and service is very quick when ordering food at the computer kiosk and they maintain cleanliness of restaurant completely.
I went there on a Friday, 2pm. Went inside to order as I usually do at the big screen. I ordered 10 items, my receipt is attached to show. I notice prices have gone up at least a buck like most things all over. I like the protein bowl among others. They have a vegan one but I get the non and with steak. It is filling. The other go to is the 5 layer burrito. They don't have the 7 layer one anymore. No idea why. If u had to read a review, welcome to earth lol.
Always clean, staff is always a little distant, but the food is always hot and fresh.
I went in to order the food. The worker behind the counter told me to order from their computer. Easy enough. At the end, it asks how did I want to pay. I said cash.
The cashier could not see the order that I placed.
Took them 15 minutes to get the machine to work. Finally I was able to pay.
The crew was friendly enough, however they should get trained on their computers.
Just want to say the guy Ariel working the counter Friday night 9/30 around 11PM is a great guy and an asset to this location! Most people only want to leave reviews for bad service and I feel it's harder and harder to come by a younger worker who actually cares these days. Especially in a fast food spot, especially on a Friday night. Ariel went above and beyond to make sure my order was being prepped when we couldn't locate it in the system and made sure everything was correct, went above and beyond what most usually do. Thanks again!
I just wanna say that I love this kid Louis he is awsome he is extremely helpful he is so personable he loveable he rocks he loves his job he rocked it 100000000000000000 billion contrition billion is awsome and just did everhe did for helping Mr, that's why I come to this store Derrick rocks he is awsome and that's another reason why I come here love this place
Go to the Taco Bell in Lake Ronkonkoma the workers are very pleasant cheerful and the food is always fresh
If you like Taco Bell then you'll like this one. The staff is always polite and professional. I've never had a bad experience and I've been there more times than I should being how close it is to where I live. Food has always been good with no issues.
