Dienner’s Country Restaurant offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner at a reasonable price. The food is always good and the customer service is amazing! The staff is super kind and show that they are genuinely appreciative of your business! We enjoy it so much we have eaten here three times in one week! Literally had breakfast, lunch and dinner here all in the same week. Joanna was one of our waitresses and she was very kind and attentive. We love Dienner’s! So good! Don’t miss this wonderful restaurant!

This Smorgasburg is not large like some of the other locations nearby but believe me, it’s totally worth it!!! The food is fresh, tasty, and you will go back for second helping. We went an hour and a half before they were closing they were packed and had a line. The whole time I was there they were bringing out fresh food and keeping everything stocked full of food. My only regret was not going back here to eat again, and wasting my time with other smorgasbords in the area. They came highly recommended by someone on YouTube who knows the area and now I’m passing on the word do yourself a favor and stop by here.

I can't say how disappointed I am, but not with Dienners, but rather with myself, for driving past this incredible buffet restaurant for so many years without stopping in. The buffet, although not fancy, features homemade fare that is both plentiful and delicious. And the price is much less than what you'd pay just down the street. My dad used to say that you know a good diner by the trucks parked out back. Well, in the case of Dienners, it's NOT a diner... but you know how good it is by how many locals... Amish and Mennonite and others... typically dine here. Highly recommended.

This is one of those places that are dangerous for me. Homemade food and all you can eat buffet at a decent price. You may also order off a menu if buffets are not your thing. I'm embarrassed to say how many desserts I had. Fortunately, the pies were sliced in reasonable sizes. If in the area, I would recommend a dining stop here.

Pretty good for lunch. Price was around $14. Nice selection on the salad bar. Had a salad, then a plate with ham, sweet potatoes, green beans and roll. For dessert I had some type of Oreo pudding and hot fudge cake. All that was delicious and well worth the price. Couple things I didn’t care for. Service was friendly but not that great. Although it was crowded so that has to be factored in. It’s a small place and being crowded it was very hard to move around the buffet and seating areas. Food wise I was looking forward to chicken pot pie, but it was just chicken and dumplings. Not sure if that’s the way it’s done in that area but there were no vegetables or crust in it which is what I think of. Like I said, it’s certainly worth the price. I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back, but would rather spend the $4 extra and go to bird in hand smorgasbord to get a little bigger selection and more room to move around.

Dinner is a must stop ever time when we come to Lancaster PA. This is not a big buffet but it has great food. This is what comfort food is. Simple yet tasty. Their peanut butter pie is a must get. Soooooo good!

A very good place to eat if you like buffet style food. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh vegetables and a large selection of dressings. The clam chowder was good and had a lot of clam in it. The selection of hot foods was good. It was filling. They had two sugar free pies and I tried the Apple pie, it was delicious! 😋 We would go here again. Our waitress Miriam was outstanding.

The food was delicious and service was wonderful. We had a 40-minute wait for lunch, and it was worth the wait on the comfortable covered patio out front. The only negative would be their need for more space. There wasn't much room for the buffet line to flow and it was very cramped.

very fast service, our group of 6 didn’t have a wait to be seated! the waitress was gracious, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. we all got the buffet and everyone in the group found more than enough to eat, although it was $14.95 for each of us and the bill came to around $100.

Every little small town needs a Dienners! So good. We visited for breakfast on a Saturday around 9am and there was no wait. As we were leaving around 10:00am, there was a wait. This was a great breakfast buffet (menu ordering options are also available) for the price and very kid friendly options. I think the adult buffet was like $12 or a little less??? Kids buffet was like .93 per year…so if you have a 5 year old multiple 5 by .93 cents. I mean most restaurants charge that for one plate…so this was a steal in my opinion. Fruit, yogurt, donuts, apple donut holes, oatmeal, grits, normal breakfast meat options, bread, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast, apple butter, peanut butter cream, etc…quick and friendly service. Great value.

We LOVE this place. We stop, if open, on our way to visit relatives in the Susquehanna Valley or when just visiting Lancaster. Used to go to Good &Plenty or Dutch Haven (right next door) as a child. Food is always outstanding and staff is friendly and helpful. If you like any of their foods, you can take some with you. We usually do the buffet, not much more in price than a meal and I believe drinks are included. Either way you can't go wrong. Bring your appetite. You're going to need it!

Very nice buffet ....we love Lancaster and this added to a great time there. We got to the buffet and the wait wasn't too bad although there ended up being a long line behind us. But it's organized and that helps a lot. One bad thing happened we went to the buffet for dessert and when we came back to the table it was being cleared as if we had left even though my coat was there and other signs we weren't done. But they were real nice about it and replaced our drinks that were taken away. Anyway we're definitely going back the next time we're in Lancaster. We love Dienner's.

This restaurant was busy. We were told a 25 minute wait but maybe waited 15 minutes. Our whole experience was a good one. Clean, friendly, fresh, hot food.

Authentic PA Dutch food. The chicken was perfection, so moist and juicy! Brown butter noodles are so good! The chicken potpie was amazing. We had rolls with apple butter. So many options and not enough room in our stomachs! The desserts were great too. We had hot fudge cake, apple crisp and tapioca pudding. The waitress (Sadie) was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Everything is always fresh. There is nothing that is not delicious here. The buffet is a must. So much to choose from. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. Everything is clean and organized. They do get busy during tourist season (warmer weather) but is worth a wait for good food.

My girlfriend and I made a wrong turn and decided to see where it took us and we ended up getting hungry and said what the heck ! And we stopped here at Dienners even though there is usually a small wait it was certainly worth it! We have been back twice and it’s always such a pleasant experience each time! The food reminds you of thanksgiving dinner with excellent quality and food that is always fresh and hot ! Make sure you do the buffet ! There’s no reason not to ! The fair pricing, the great atmosphere, and the even better food are definitely a reason to stop here when your nearby!
