Getting use to places not offering hand held menus is hard to adapt to. The process here was very easy though. It was very quick and everything came very fast. This place is a good place to take the little ones. We bought a family pack for 6 of us and we spent 5 hours here.

This D&B's is okay. I would go to the one in Addison but it's not in the neighborhood really. So if you're closer to this location you could do worse. This location has a just okay bartender staff. You will wait for drinks when it's busy. The food service is decent not super fast at the same time. There customer service needs to be improved but I blame management. The management here is just sub par. That's definitely reflective in the staff and the customers are the ones that get Screwed. The overall feeling in the place is just okay. If you have kids and want to play games with them you could do worse. You could also do better. There's a lot of games. There's also pool tables. You can get food at a table or also at the bar. The time that it takes to get the food will definitely vary by time you go there. If you go there during the day you should be fine depending on the day. If you go at night you will definitely have a wait. The staff definitely needs more training but are mostly competent. This is where I go off the rails for more words and points. My wife and I had a great time with her sister and sister's family (husband and five kids). Food was good and portions were ample for both appetizers and main courses. Definitely shareable if you don't have a big appetite but good for those that do. Games were fun and you don't have to wait long to play.
Was here for an adult birthday party as a guest. Drinks took awhile to come out on an open bar tab. It was a Saturday night and staff was short. Our main host and manager was great for our party. Although drinks took awhile to come out they were great all around. Burgers that were served were awesome along with the loaded fries. The unlimited arcade play was cool. I would return maybe on an earlier time though were its may be less busy.
The best time to come here is in a week and the afternoon. There weren’t a lot of people, so we played every game and had a great time.
Had a great time with my family! Alex the bartender made me an amazing drink that had strawberry ice cubes! I love this D&B, will be back!
