Great selection of dogs and loads of different combinations. My son and I visited the store at noon and found the staff to be very friendly and helped us navigate the menu which on a first visit can be very daunting. I had the Texas Roundhouse and it was fantastic. My son had the waffle dog with maple syrup and enjoyed it very much. Now for the negative, and the reason for 4 not 5 stars. We received our hotdogs a good 7-8 minutes prior to our fries, then we only received one order of fries even though we had made both entrees combos. I ask and they said they did not want out dogs getting cold while the fries cooked. I can appreciate that thought but I enjoy eating the fries with my dog so maybe start the fries before the dogs so both can come out hot. Not trying to be nit picky but it did take away from our lunch and I believe should be fixed. Other than that I recommend this spot it is new and I am sure will only get better!

Definitely a good compromise between fast food and chain restaurant with a family atmosphere and tasty combination of flavors. Their hotdog menu is well rounded: American classics with a twist, Japanese infused varieties and even Hispanic inspired options. And they also have appetizers, burger, fries, noodles, wings and desserts!

All of their hot dogs can be made with 1 of four different veggie dogs. I have never had the meat ones, but my whole family enjoys trying the different hot dogs with the veggie subbed in. And the staff is always really nice.

A new spin on the hot dog! So many different varieties of hot dogs. The few I have had were awesome and I can't wait to try more. They also have other food like burgers or noodles and various appetizers.

A huge selection of hotdog creations! Umai is not your ordinary hotdog joint. They have mastered the art of hotdog creativity. Umai is the Japanese word for Yummy, and that's exactly what this Japanese Fusion Hotdog restaurant is. If you know how the menu selection is at a good sushi restaurant, then you will start to understand the options available at Umai. There's just too many possibilities to name them all, but I will post photos of the menu board so you can check it out yourself. As for the dogs themselves, my all time favorite is the California Bae which comes with a chicken hotdog, avocado, white sesame seeds, cucumber, feta cheese and two sauces. I also like to add cilantro, but hey that's how I like it and they will customize as you wish. The "Soul Storm", "Honolulu Bang Bang", "Kentucky Hot Brown" and the "Banger & Mash" are all amazing as well. They also have a great selection of other items like sliders, waffle dogs, Tori & Poku Wings, some normal and crazy different flavored French fries, fried noodles, Rangoons, a "Banana Dog" and Sugoi Waffles on a stick. For our vegetarian and vegan friends they offer a tofu dog which you can get with any flavor toppings you like or just substitute it o one of the house selections. I could go on endlessly about how much I like this place. I have a goal of trying each and every style of hotdog they offer. So far I've had 9 of the 29 they have on the menu. If you like hotdogs, if you like sushi, if you have an adventurous soul and like good creative food; then I whole heartedly recommend Umai.

Just went here with friends and everything we ordered was amazing! Love the spin on the hotdogs, sauces and unique toppings really take it to a different level. Loved the korean pork ribs, the chicken wings could be a lil spicer. Oh and the Belgian waffle on a stick with sea salt caramel sauce was a hit for all of us. Will definitely be back and tell friends bout this place!!
