We had Southern Style BBQ cater our wedding, and OH MY GOODNESS! Everyone who ate told us how good it was, and I couldn't agree more. Bobby was super easy to work with, and he went out of his way to make sure our meal was everything we wanted. We can't thank them enough for the amazing service and DELICIOUS memories!
The staff is always friendly and always has been, especially the young lady who normally works the drive thru window. The food is great and the prices are decent. Come early during lunch if you want fast service because they are always super busy. I'm really glad that even though their business has grown over the years, they have kept this location. I eat here everyday almost and have for years! Everything about this place is good. Ribs, chickens potatoes and sandwiches. The service is great and it's the best bbq in Al by far! Anybody that says otherwise doesn't know what the are talking about. If you haven't had you need to try ys worth it
You can tell by the line of cars at lunchtime that the food is great. If you are hungry and happen to be near, you will have to stop and order. Fast and friendly. I had a brisket sandwich, and it was delicious. There is also a ham sandwich that is not on the menu. Smoked hot dogs, pulled pork, brisket, slaw, potato salad and chips. Great food at a great price.
Had there special of smoked wings, very delicious! Usually I get there lunch bag, pork sandwich, chips, cookie and drink all for a very reasonable price. Great smoke flavor. I highly recommend this place. Have heard that their ribs are great but have not tried them for myself yet.
The salads Potatoes and Nachos are amazing. Whoever makes those are awesome. Everyone was really nice and clean. Definitely best bbq i have ever had!!!!🤍🤎🧡

Most of the time there is only one or two cars in the drive thru but the wait isn't bad. I always get a pork sandwich and it tastes the same every time (good). My favorite place to eat in Decatur.
Good food at reasonable prices. I had a bbq pork sandwich with chips, a cookie, & a large drink for $5.75 after tax. They do have a sign up that days that there is about to be a small price increase on some menu items. There is no dine-in, but only drive- thru & outdoor walk up ordering. Perfect for grabbing something on the run!
I tried their ribs, stuffed potatoes, brisket and chili. All are delicious! The ladies working there are so friendly also. I would highly recommend!
I try to get a turkey sandwich every chance I'm in the area . I live in Moulton. They are working on party right now for us. 16 lbs.of meat and fixings. Love it.
Loved trying the ribs & plate that comes with the bread, cole slaw, baked beans, & a potato salad, for dessert I have a lemon pie that happens to be yummy, & have a fruit punch drink for my taste which it cannot be a waste.
I paid Southern Style BBQ a visit while i was getting my truck fixed..and i walked to them about a mile , let me tell u it was Well Worth the walk , BBQ was Great ...Customer service Great ..Chicken Great.. Believe me ill be Back..Thanks a Million David Moore.
