One of my favorite places to eat in Roswell. The drinks are the best and the food is delicious. Will is absolutely the best bartender, so charismatic and efficient! But I love the whole staff, and management always makes sure I'm taken care of.
Our server Kennedy was awesome! He had great recommendations for drinks and food and seemed to really just enjoy being there and it made our experience just awesome! The food and drinks were fabulous! I look forward to coming back!
Great experience, staff is very friendly, prompt and attentive. May be a little loud at times with the kitchen right in the main restaurant but the food is very good!
The Mahi Ceviche was really good. The food was fresh and we were served immediately. Friendly waiter and great atmosphere.
Just visited from Colorado and this place was amazing! All the waitresses are absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious, drinks made to perfection, and our server Nathan was on the ball all night! Really helped out with recommendations and never missed a beat! Definitely hope I can come back out an visit this place again!

We were there on the first night...kinks and all. We're not one and done people and loved the atmosphere. So, every Friday for many years, before Roswell became ROSWELL!!!!!, we sat at the bar and had dinner with Jenna, Mikka, Lori, and Dustin. Streets change. Lives change. We started Sunday dinners there. Then we started having birthday parties catered. Excellent. Always great. Always treated us like family. So happy for the last 10. Looking forward to the next 10.
Excellent Ceviche and a nice shot of habenero tequila to follow. Will definitely go again.

Good food and even better service. I accidentally left my leftover box behind when we left. I went back to get it a few minutes later and they had thrown it away but our super sweet server Amanda had the kitchen make me what I left behind. Thank you for making us feel so taken care of!

This is a really good restaurant in downtown Roswell. I give it 5 stars because the food has always been good. The service could but a little better. BUT I do always seem to go when it’s really busy.
I just say they could because sometimes I don’t see my waiter for 10 minutes which is a long time.
But besides that I go for the great food and atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and easy to get to from a parking lot.
Sooooooo gooooooood!! Saturday afternoon date with my wife! Ceviche was fresh and the chips and salsa were perfect, margaritas were on point, food was delicious; we'll be back soon! Aaaand let's not forget this was all made possible by our amazing and friendly server NATALIE!!!
My Husband and I loved this place. The Staff was so sweet and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. The decor was pretty cool and the front patio was nice but a little crowded.

Came in for lunch and Andie was just all around amazing!! I will be back and will be asking for her every time!! I suggest everyone else does the same bc she’s amazing! Very attentive, personal and made sure I had the best experience there ever! The margaritas are amazing also!! I give Ceviche 5 stars because of the margaritas and most of all because of Andie! Go see her you won’t be disappointed one bit!
Ceviche is our favorite place on DT Roswell and MC the bar tender is among the best we’ve encountered. We come here at least a few times a month and despite her many customers MC remembers us and our drinks making us feel so at home. Strongly recommend Ceviche Roswell to anyone looking for delicious, high quality Mexican cuisine.
I had Lo as a bartender and she was so sweet. My drinks were perfect cause I told her I didn’t want them too strong. Plus she called me baby which who doesn’t love that? 10/10 would recommend
I came to Ceviche with boyfriend! We loved the new pastor tacos! Our sever Nicki recommend them to us with the chili árbol salsa! She was truly the best and patient with us! We loved the service! One of our new favorite restaurants in Downtown Roswell!
