This place has a fantastic craft beer selection and don’t even get me started on all of the whiskey that they offer. If you’re a beer or whiskey lover you gotta check this place out. The food is based on traditional Irish recipes and is fantastic as well!

We loved our lunch there in a true, authentic Irish pub. Tyler, our waiter/bartender was a gem. We will be back. The sausage rolls and fish and chips were awesome as well as the burger.
The food is always amazing. We had the bacon wrapped figs stuffed with goat cheese, a Philly cheesesteak, and a meatloaf sandwich and they were all delicious. Everything is always fresh, drinks delicious, staff is attentive and friendly. One of my favorite places to go.
I've been to Mac McGee's a couple of times and really enjoy it. It gets crowded quickly on a Saturday night, so go in the early evening to get a table; otherwise, you'll be on your feet all night. If you're hungry, the fish 'n chips is some of the best I've had. If you're a whiskey drinker, you've got to ask for "the bible". It's a bit overwhelming, but you will not be disappointed. Order yourself a flight (or two), sit back, and stay a while.

When I travel I like to visit pubs to discover how close they get to a true Irish 🍀 pub. I have to say Mac McGee ranks up there. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff & the patronage was what I find in Ireland, warm & friendly. This place will be a definite stop every time I come to Atlanta. See you in 2 weeks!! So glad I found you!!!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tyler is very well versed in the whiskeys offered. It was a great experience. Traveled from Lancaster Ohio for a wedding and stopped in.
I've been to McGee's several times now and it's always amazing. The food and beer selection are great. The service is always extremely good and friendly. But, my favorite thing is that it's so relaxing.
We have a new favorite place!!! We had the best lunch date today!! The food was so good, Jessica at the bar was so sweet and the atmosphere was perfect! Felt like we were in Ireland! We will definitely be back!! Absolutely loved it!
We had a great time at Mac McGee's! The house made sausage was really good! Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and super sweet! Thanks Jessica for making our first time a excellent one. We will definitely be back!

Great place on Canton street, every staff member is very professional. One of the only places that has room for large parties. Thumbs up!

Wow this place has gotten so much better. The food was amazing. Best pub food in town hands down. And huge portions. The bar has always been great and now the food is too.
Came here for an Irish coffee and I would come back here again and again if that was the only thing they sold. Luckily they have a full menu for food and drinks, and every drink and food selection we made did not disappoint.
The fries a phenomenal! Sooooo perfect!
Their salmon on brown bread was delicious and I want to go back and have a repeat of all there yummy eats!
I loved moody ambiance created by the woodwork and stained glass that decorated the entire inside.
Overall a fun place to eat, drink and hang out with your friends!

Highly recommend the shep pie, bangers, curry (my English wife’s fav!) & all sandwiches & apps are great too!

Came here a while back for dinner with a friend, and it exceeded expectations. I love classic Irish pub food and Mac delivered! Crispy fish and chips and a lovely bangers and mash for my friend! Great service and awesome view from the terrace. I will be back!
Great Irish pub, food was really good and the servings are large. My husband is Irish and said the meatloaf was as good as getting it in Ireland.
The Guinness is great too.
It was nice and cosy on a cold winters night.
Service was a little too attentive- our waitress came to the table at least 10 times in the hour we were there which was slightly annoying.
We were asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu while we were still eating our meal so we felt like we were being rushed out.
Overall, a lovely place and we'd go back .
Delightful Irish pub atmosphere. Great bar selections. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Establishment very clean; of course, the food was excellent. We had Guinness and beef stew, shepherds pie, meat loaf and cake and Irish coffee.
Went here for St Patrick's Day, and it was a feast. The pretzel with cheese appetizer was good, and we had bangers and mash and corned beef hash - but mostly because the shepherd's pie was already sold out by 7pm. I can't wait to go back and try the pot roast! They don't really do reservations which is fine and I prefer as nearby restaurants have had me standing or lied about the times to me before. The staff helped me and my lady find a seat and we honestly didn't wait long, maybe 15 mins, in a jam packed house. I really think they've got some of the best bar food around, and plenty of drink options. Love me some Smithwicks. We had a great time and will definitely be back for more!
We were visiting from Chicago. Mac McGees has amazing food, best irish food I've ever had, I wish I had a bigger stomach. Ambiance was very authentic, service was over the top and really made me feel like I was family. Mac McGee's will definitely be a permanent stop when we come to visit. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! Update: not much has changed. Still love this place and will stop everytime we visit Georgia.
