From the amazing staff to the delicious burgers, Stax is a must visit restaurant. My favorite is the Korean burger and you can't go wrong with a side of fried okra!!
Great food! Great Staff! Great atmosphere!! I love the new space they have built out and as always, the cuisine and cocktails are imaginative as well as delicious!!

Went for lunch, they were not busy and service was still rather slow. Besides that though the burgers were good you don't get to order the way you want it, it comes as two thin patties stacked on top of each other, but I prefer my burgers thin and cooked well anyway so I liked it. They have a variety of different burgers; all sounded delicious. the rolls were nice they don't get soggy the fries were good, mine seemed to be a little on the soggy side, But my sons were nice and crispy. I would definitely go back
I've been here several times over the last three years. The food is consistently great and the prices are very reasonable. You won't be disappointed!!

The food is excellent. The dressing on the wedge is addictive. My only complaint is that the music is too loud. Good prices and service. I get the bacon cheeseburger no bun and the wedge as a side. Yum.
Had the bacon and cheese burger, simple but good and Priced right! Server was very attentive to me, surprised there isn't a line out of the door!!
Overall ok. The waiter was nice but wasn't as excited to have us as I would have preferred. The onion rings were large and had a good light batter with a good gorganzola based sauce. I ordered a bacon and cheese burger...the basics and it was good but not the best I've had. I would come back to give it another try.
The service was great. Not expensive. Great dipping sauces! Juicy Burgers. My picky kids are it all! They have season local brewed beers. Yummy!

Really Good Burgers. Went to Stax for dinner and really enjoyed it. Their menu had a nice variety of traditional and unique burger choices. I had the pork and Chorizo burger with a side of Brussels spouts, my wife had the turkey burger. Both burgers were delicious. The pork and Chorizo was juicy with a good level of spice. My Brussels sprouts were also great. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and worked well with the pancetta . I had a bite of the turkey burger. It was seasoned very well and wasn't bland in the least.
The service was very good and the staff friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. I definitely see more trips to Stax.
I had the Scampi (shrimp) Burger. It is really good, rivals one I get in Hilton Head. They have large portions and friendly service. I will definitely be back!
Delicious. Enjoyed this yummy burger joint tonight. The service was great. I ordered the turkey burger, delicious!! The aioli sauce that came with the fries is incredible. The jalapeño coleslaw was very very good. And the calamari was good as well. New favorite burger place. It was also very clean, had nice wooden tables and a cozy atmosphere.
Not your average burger. A great alternative to the pedestrian burger joints. Stax - two patties per burger - is worth the visit. Fine dining atmosphere with a budget-priced menu - Fat Tire beer on tap for only $3.50 - you'll be hard-pressed to find a tastier or well appointed burger anywhere. You'll find the old stand-bys - regular, cheese and bacon cheese, but you'll also find some pretty eclectic offerings as well. Wide variety of generous sides. Well worth the visit.
Amazing!. This is officially my favorite burger restaurant in the Atlanta area! Even better than you can get ITP! Their burgers are unique, taste delicious, and are presented as if you were in a fine dining restaurant. My favorites are the saltimbocca burger and scampi burger. My favorite sides are the sautéed brussel sprouts, fried okra, and you can't go wrong with their hand cut french fries! As far as drinks go, their specialty frozen sangria is a MUST! I have never seen sangria served this way, and it is fabulous!
YUM!. For all you ITP folks, drive north! Stax Burger Bar is so worth the trip! They offer burgers of every variety - lamb, beef, nacho, and the best by far - the shrimp burger! Sides are incredible - my favorite is the brussel sprouts. The frozen sangria is in a world of its own -- both the red and the white are great and mixed together is lip smacking, fall off your chair good - and you will fall off your chair because these sangrias are loaded! Did I mention that the chairs are the most comfortable of any restaurant?? Great outdoor patio and live music hits the spot too. This place rocks!!

Wine is really well priced! Finally a burger joint where you can buy a bottle of good wine for less than $20.

Not only Burgers. I saw the write-up in the local Roswell newspaper and could not wait to try them. Been there two times in one week. Fantastic food, had the thai chicken salad, fresh salmon burger and a ten vegetable fried rice, which was amazing. The best of all is the value, I can't believe that dinner for 3 was less than $25.

What a great addition to Roswell!. I had expected the restaurant to be a casual burger joint kind of like Sweet Tomatoes but for burgers based upon its name. However, it isn't like that at all. It was a sit down restaurant that had a trendy feel to it such as Pure or Cans Taqueria. The service was great and the prices were fantastic. I ordered a bunch of the sides to try for my meal and the portions were huge. I tried the chicken fried rice, brussel sprouts, jalapeno coleslaw, and okra fries, all of which were fabulous. My husband tried the nacho burger with the mac n cheese as his side, both of which he really enjoyed. I tried their frozen white sangria for only $6 and it was fabulous. It had a pineapple flavor to it and didn't taste like alcohol at all. However, don't be fooled by its taste, the drink was very strong. There was live music playing outside but we chose to sit inside. We tried the orange soda float. It was just OK. It was just a Stewart's orange soda served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I don't know why I had expected something more exciting than that but I had. I know that whenever we go back there again, I will opt to try one of the other shakes instead. Overall, I have a very strong suspicion that this restaurant is going to help bring this old run down shopping center back to life. It is so nice to have ITP quality places OTP for all of us who live out in suburbia but still enjoy the finer things in life.
An enjoyable, relaxed experience. The waiter was kind and quick, doing an excellent job. First impression was that the restaurant was small but very clean and felt open. I was only confused with the decor but that isn't an issue. The food was delicious and was served quickly. I received the bacon and cheese burger to find that it was juicy and had lots of flavor! I was pleased and will be returning.
Really good burgers. Went on a Sunday evening, so it's was really quiet.
I just had the bacon and cheese burger. It was delicious! When you have to wipe your lips after every bite, you know you've got a juicy burger. I wiped my face a lot! I rated the burger 5 because it was really, really good. However, it would have been awesome if the bacon was more noticeable. I didn't taste it in every bite. Thick cut bacon would put this burger over the top. As is, it's one of the best I've ever had , but with thicker bacon it would be at the top of my list. Also, I would love to see sweet potato chips and dip added to the menu of sides. Service was prompt and friendly. Overall, a great experience.
Everything is made fresh to order, yet you're not waiting an hour for your food. Turkey burgers are the best in the city! The Fajita style is my favorite, although you can't go wrong with any selection. The fries don't require ketchup. Whether you prefer regular or sweet potatoe, they're both delicious. The spiked shakes are excellent. Not thin like most places and they don't melt while your drinking them. Try the Bourbon Praline. It's to die for. Zarah is a great server. She's friendly and very informative. Elle, the bartender, is quite the character. Ask her to make you something special! Oh and they have a 2oz pour. Cool little spot.
Fabulous burgers, so many varieties..classic & modern twists. The bacon & blue is my all time fave! The onion rings...omg! They are JUST as good as the Varsity..but bigger! The staff are super! Ive taken several people there...never disappointed!
I strongly recommend this place for anyone that enjoys good quality burgers. I Had a bacon cheese burger as I usually do and it was excellent. Like a gourmet version of steak and shake. Affordable but not cheap. The staff were incredibly hospitable and I will absolutely be coming back when in this neck of the woods.
