Fresh pasta and ingredients aplenty, friendly staff and atmosphere as you watch your plate get assembled and cooked right in front of you. Even with a line, time flies as you get ideas as other food is cooked. Great flavor first bite to the last, enjoy!
Great new place to eat in Roswell! My family loved the fettuccine with vodka sauce and our individual favorite toppings. The employees were nice and helpful. The food was fresh, tasty, and extremely reasonable. We highly recommend it!

We finally stopped in to American Pasta Factory tonight and weren't disappointed. The pasta is very fresh as are all other ingredients. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. And there is parking!! I had one of their specials, The Mediterranean, which was outstanding. When ordering you can choose from one of their specials or build your own pasta dish. Check them out!

First time there for us. Pasta was excellent. We make our own from scratch so we are pretty good judges of authenticity. Vodka sauce was excellent. Flavor was southern Italian cooking, which embraces the flavor and doesn’t kill it with spices. I learned to cook Sicilian from my father in law years ago. They do a good job. �

We thought we were getting there at opening time on Sunday. Turned out to be closing time. We were welcomed in and we were none the wiser until the end of our delicious meal. Our meals were cooked to order in front of us with everything so fresh. Delicious and light! We will definitely be back.
My kids devoured their spaghetti and meatballs before I could grab a bite but I assume it was delicious! � my husband and I both made our own pasta. So many choices for pasta, toppings, and sauces! It’s a little hard to see the board o Ceo your close to ordering but still deciding- maybe have some printed menus you could carry -as you wait in line would be helpful? There are labels once you’re at the window but I know I needed extra time to pick.
Everything was very Fresh! I had the zoodle pesto which is a delicious and healthy option. The mac & cheese was a big hit for my daughter.

Delicious! We had build your own pastas. I had the four cheese ravioli with pesto, spinach, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan, bacon and pepperoni and my date had chicken alfredo with fettuccine, parmesan, bacon, pepperoni, garlic and onions. Our food came out fast and everything tasted fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved our dishes and will definitely be back!
It is 6:00 on a Saturday night.. I do not see how this place does not have a line out the door. The food is absolutely amazing here so fresh and delicious. The staff is always very warm and inviting every time I come in. Very affordable, big portions and so much better than Olive Garden right down the road.
The pic is a quarter of the way through the meal. For the price you get a bowl of pasta and fixings to go with it. Very reasonably priced for what you get on the plate. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

A friend recommended we stop by here because he enjoyed the food so much and we were not disappointed. It’s kind of a barebones operation, nothing fancy but the food is really good and our meal came out very quickly. I believe the whole meal plus tip was under $30.
Honestly, some of the best pasta I've experienced outside of Italy. You can taste the Italian expertise in every bite. The build your own pasta options are so enticing that it'll take me a handful of return trips to explore everything I'm craving. My toddler is in the Mac and Cheese phase of restaurant dining and the this is the best Mac and Cheese we've ever ordered. The sauce will cure any m&c craving.
Working next door to this fine establishment I tend to eat here 2-3 times a week. I have never been let down despite me growing up with my Nana making fresh pasta all my life. Their food is so good she finally got to retire from making me pasta. Thank you!
Amazing! Some of the best pasta we have ever had. Genuis idea. It's like Chipotle but with pasta. Can make any combo you want. Everything is fresh, noodles are homemade. This place is a 40 min drive from us but we will definitely be coming here a few times a month. Inside is super clean and well done. Just wish it was closer, open one near Woodstock 🤣
