Absolutely amazing! The staff was personable and took the time to get to know their tables and provide recommendations. The food was SPOT ON! Absolutely delicious The atmosphere was super cute I loved the display case of their seasonal dessert, the exposed rock wall, and exposed wooden beams. The menu was small but the perfect size because it covered all bases if you didn't want pasta. But the pasta options filled the entire backside of the menu! We have been looking for an Italian place and this is within walking distance of our home so it's perfect. Great for a chill group of friends or a date night. Plus downtown Round Rock is so beautiful this time of year with everything decorated still from Christmas.

Great food and great customer service!! It was a good size quantity for the price. I recommend coming here often to try the huge amount of different sauces..

In my humble opinion, the portion is definitely considered small in Texas for the price. But, considering the pasta and sauces are all made in house and made to order with plenty of customizations, it seems acceptable. The spaghetti was super bouncy. But, the meatballs weren’t incorporated into and simmered with the sauce, so it seemed like a separate dish from the pasta. On the other hand, the chicken appears to be incorporated with the sauce on a different level. I wish there were some more protein/meat options available for customizations. Overall, great experience with flavorful food.

If you've never had fresh pasta, you need to try Palermo Pasta House. My wife and I saw this gem on Texas Bucket List, and we knew we had to try it. We live less than 5 miles away. We showed up a little early for the fresh pasta, so we ordered a nice bottle of Malbec, a salad, cheese-olive-salami small plate and an appetizer, meatballs in the Marsala Mushroom Sauce. It was incredible. We also enjoyed some rolls with some balsamic and olive oil. Finally, we made it to 5 pm and the pasta was available. My wife ordered the Arrabiata over Fettuccine. I ordered the Ragu Bolognese over Taglierimi. First, there is a big difference between freshly prepared pasta and store purchased pasta. We knew from the appetizer that the sauces would be well worth the visit and they did not disappoint. Wrapping up dinner. I decided to order a pizza to go. Now, they talk thin crust on the menu, but its not the traditional thin crust you would get at an Italian restaurant. I love comparing the pizzas to Pregos Pasta House on Greenville Avenue in Dallas. That is truly thin crust. The pizzas at Palermo are not really thin. They are typical regular crust pizzas. I reheated the pizza today and I must say, the flavor makes up for the thicker than thin crust issue. Great flavor. If they had the extra thin light crust it would have been perfect by my standards. My wife also wanted a canoli. When she ordered she said cannelloni, so of course we were surprised when another pasta dish arrived. That was our mistake, so we asked to also make that to go and we ordered the canoli. Ir too was delicious. Wonderful service, great food good wine list, and understanding staff. You must put Palermo Pasta House on your bucket list.

This is now my wife's favourite Italian / pasta place in the Greater Austin area. Wonderful choice of pastas & sauces, with limitless combinations. Their calzone was amazing (& huge).
