Never get orders right. Now have policy where if they mess up your order, they will replace but only within 2 day window. Some people don’t want pizza every other day. Why should we have to pay for your consistent mistakes? I don’t want free stuff to begin with, I just want my order right.
Edit: last trip in, they apparently had messed up my order again and before I even showed up, the made the order right and went ahead and gave me both orders, which was not expected, but very nice. Changing my rating because of that!
I ordered a large baked spaghetti and meatball dinner an added mushrooms. Took a while to get it but it was well worth the wait. Excellent food. Thank you very much
They are always very nice on the phone and I've only had one bad pizza from there. It was undercooked
