Has to be the best sushi bar in the states. I can't remember eating any better then this place. A must do on anyone's list.
I try to eat here as often as possible. Not only is it one of the best restaurants in north Louisiana, it's better than any sushi restaurant I've been to in the country. I had sushi at a very fine restaurant in Hawaii and the best I could find in several big cities that couldn't touch RAW.
The only place to eat if you're wanting sushi! It's the best sushi! Definitely a great place to check out when you're in ruston.
Great staff! For a first time eating sushi � it was really good and it definitely lives up to its reviews I have heard and read about!! Definitely will go again and recommend others if you get a chance even if it is your first time eating sushi I promise you will like it. Go with some people like we did that has eaten there before and they can help you out with the menu!!
Best Sushi I've ever had. However, I've just learned that they have stopped serving fried rice. If anyone in Raw management reads these reviews, PLEASE bring back fried rice. You guys had the best I've ever tasted. Not sure the reason for the discontinuation but please reconsider. I know countless others will agree. Great place to eat!
Great wait staff and even better Chef. We had the best time and enjoyed every bite of food. We will be back.
Have had sushi all over the country. That said, I have no idea how a small place in north Louisiana has the best sushi I've ever eaten. No comparison.

The atmosphere is perfection!
Love this place! The sushi is delicious and high quality as well as reasonably priced. Be advised they are PICKUP ONLY with no intentions of returning to sit down service that I can see. I like to take my food home, so that’s good with me. The fashion roll is my staple, and 911, Big easy, Tech, inside out, and shrimp tempura rolls are all delicious as well. The double salmon rolled appetizer is divine and can be an entree unto itself because of the size and quality! So pleased this place exists in our small town. ❤️
Have to visit Ruston for work often and have not found a better restaurant. Hands down the best. I only wish I could have dined in.

Definitely the best sushi experience I’ve had in a long time. Staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Service was professional and top notch. Wonderful drinks and the fish cannot be beat in terms of quality and presentation.
Only suggestion would be more seating and better hours. Closed on Sunday / Monday is a real bummer. Borderline unacceptable for most people, but they let it fly because of the quality of RAW. Speaking for a lot of people on that.
The hostesses and waiter had excellent customer service skills! We had a party of 12, so we had to wait a little, but that was expected. The menu was giant, there were so many options to choose from. The Crunchy and Tech rolls were delicious. I would definitely come back again! I didn't take any pictures because I was so hungry and ate it in a flash
