I had such a great experience here. I came into Playa Bowls at their Rutherford location for a late night free bowl special. I had never encountered something like this so it was an excited experience for me. I waited just a little bit however my bowl was made very quickly and it was very delicious.
Great place and great food. I recommend to everyone! But .. I ordered a oatmeal via DoorDash and found it very distasteful. It was bland and not sweetened and just tasted like a bowl of nothingness. I would recommend the restaurant let’s people know that it is not sweetened on DoorDash and every other platform including the stores. I also think the portion was way too small for the price I paid.
Hands down, the absolute best and most impressive displays of great customer service. Ashley was a gem. She initially went out of her way and helped me customize an order. Then after a portion of the order was missing she went above and beyond to get me the rest of my order. Food quality was tremendous and the customer service was very amazing. Keep it up!!!
