One of my fav places to eat, food is fresh & yummy & staff is outstanding...especially Paris, she is a delight. And I love love love the new salmon bowl. Delish!!
Ever since my wife introduced me to this restaurant three years ago I fell in love with the menu great food great people great atmosphere one of my favorites when I'm in town!!!!!!
I've never had a "build-your-own" salad that I didn't absolutely love. The plum vinaigrette dressing is my new fave. The staff is always so friendly, and it's always busy. And for good reason. Yummy grub!
What isn't to love about this place! Great location, food, and urban fries just have their own food category!
love their Chinese Chicken salad, and just wish they served rice for their hot plate dinners.
2023.07.14 Update - We came back cause we craved more salad at fantastic prices and set in a good atmosphere.
The Buffalo Chicken Salad is sooooo good. LOVED it! Husband devoured and delighted in his Greek Chicken Salad. (Grilled chicken is warm.)

Absolutely hit the spot as far as our salad craving. Well priced for portions given. Fresh ingredients.
I had the Salmon Cobb Salad which I enjoyed. Only tad downside was the salmon was a bit overcooked (too dry). The lemon vinaigrette ended up being really yummy, but I still mostly ate the ranch dressing which was delicious. Grilled corn cob was fantastic.
Husband had the steak salad which he loved as do many others who have ordered it based on reviews.

Jacks has a nice location with a clean open air patio. The inside seating was roomy and clean also. We were greeted right away and asked if we had ever been in a Jacks before, which we have. We ordered the Impossible Taco Salad and the NY Ruben sandwich with a side of fries and two drinks. We walked over to grab napkins and straws and started heading to the patio door. One of the employees held the door for us to the patio, that person was holding our fries. 2-3 minutes later the salad was delivered and another 2 minutes and the Ruben was. Fast friendly service. Good job guys.
came here for the fries only as we wanted a snack...they were OKKK...I've had better fries. I wish they were a little crispier but there was sauce on them which probably made them a little soft. just average. Service was good...the lady at the front counter taking the order was friendly. they have a nice outdoor patio to sit at which is pretty shaded to allow you to sit at in the summer heat.

I enjoyed the freshness of the food! Chicken salad was good. I thought the urban fries were a bit underwhelming, and definitely could have been piled up a little more. Fried chicken sandwich was just ok (new on their menu).
Will definitely be back to try other items on their menu!

Groovy atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Friendly service. Yummy sandwiches! I ordered the Classic Jack with tri-tip and it was really good. It came with two pickle spears and a pepperoncini on the side.

Been here a few times and to other locations. The food is always good and this location is convenient in terms of other restaurants/shops nearby. Staff is friendly and I like sitting outside when the weather is nice.
I love this place!! The food is always fresh and delicious!! We asked for garlic on our urban fries this time and they were bomb, that's if u like garlic as much as I do!!

The food tastes fresh, and the dishes are reasonably priced. They serve beer and wine, but there is no tap.
I got Jack’s Classic with tri-tip, which was tasty.. though they were a little skimpy with the meat portion.

Great restaurant in the middle of Midtown. It's a mostly healthy menu with salads and sandwiches. My go to is the Lemon Thyme Chicken. You should also try their Urban Fries if you want something a little over the top.
The menu can be slightly pricey but I think the food is worth it.
I enjoyed my dining experience here. I had dinner with a friend that had been here many times before. And recommended it. Staff was very friendly. Food is served fast.
It was weird that I didn’t have an opportunity to let the salad prepares know what I wanted inn my salad and had to do this at the register instead. At all the other Jack’s I’ve been to, that was the process. Seeing all the vegetables and the other salad ingredients is a much more enjoyable experience. It was lunch time and the staff was getting behind on keeping tables bused. I could be more forgiving on that but we had to clean the table we sat at ourselves.
I love the create your own salad! So many great fresh options. Tri tip cooked to perfection. A side a brussel sprouts is always a pleasure too, seasoned well. Yumm

Good but ever since they switched up the menu it’s missing the cranberry apple sandwich we used to get. It was soooo good not sure why they took it away
