We were a party of 6 at 12 o'clock on a Saturday. We were fortunate to get a round table best for visiting. All 6 of us got in line together, ordered promptly, purchased cookies and drinks at the register. All food was served at the same time, a variety Asian salad, both the seasonal and herb salmon, roast beef sandwich, green goddess sandwich, the July special turkey, bacon club sandwich, and a variety of side dishes. Everything was delicious! We chatted until 2:30, all staff were friendly and doing a great job of handling the busy Saturday lunch crowd.
Had a good lunch of salmon (lemon something), mashed potatoes & a wedge type romaine salad. Got a top hat cupcake to go. The food was excellent & hot enough to eat. I ate the salad last because the salmon was too good to wait. The cupcake was awesome!! There was a chocolate covered fluffy mallow on top of a chocolate cupcake... oh yummy!! I would definitely recommend this place and go back!!
We ordered the cauliflower, bacon pizza; lemon chicken breast; green hearts of romaine; chili and salad combo; Brussel sprouts; mashed potatoes; lemon bar; German chocolate cake and a macaroon.

Lovely spacious patio, delicious food, reasonably priced (we got the dinner for two with a bottle of wine), they allowed us too upgrade the bottle of wine. Dessert was beyond delightful. Love, love, love this place and so happy to have a new location on Broadway!! Superior customer service too.
I had a nice lunch with my daughter on the holiday. I ordered the crab poor boy sandwich with aiola dressing along with a classic Cesar salad. My daughter had the Margarita pizza which was large enough to serve two. The food is consistently excellent and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Selland's Market Cafe has become one of my favorite lunch spots.
Wonderful fresh ingredients and very reasonable prices! Love the selection of wine & beer they carry! OMG the $25/gourmet dinner for two plus a bottle of wine? Can't beat that
you can do take out or dine in! Perfect for a rush and no time to cook!
Love this new location and menu. I tell all my friends what a great addition this is to the city. Delicious entrees, salads, desserts, yummy beverages along with wines and beers ....... and you can eat there inside or out on the patio-- or pick it up and go on home.

Beautiful location! All those full grown olive trees must have cost a fortune. The food was just like OBO on Alhambra. I'll be a regular for sure.
The line was long and it took about 20 minutes to get my food but it was worth it

A TOUCH OF CLASS! First time visiting this work of art during my lunch hour. Know the owner very well as he is one our VIP clients at my work. Excellent food and never disappointed in any of their restaurants. We will be back! Nice job! �
Just hade the cheesecake and it was delicious! Atmosphere is fabulous, staff is helpful and courteous, and prices are reasonable. I'll be back soon.

Well, I didn't have a chance to experience the service. My coworker picked up lunch for the office. I've been doing my plant-based thing so I opted for a vegetarian or vegan option. Best Veggie Sandwich I have had before outside of a Portobello Mushroom veggie Sandwich from Pluto catering in the San Francisco Bay Area. This sandwich could possibly be a new favorite for me. The lunch box also came with a very smaller caprese salad about the size of a to-go condiment container doubled in size and a delicious moist chocolate chip cookie that I couldn't resist. My coworker told me that it's a really nice, quaint cafe, she said it is a nice place that also offers a little bit of comfort food & possibly a small amount of wine or alcoholic beverages. The sandwich was so good. I ate one half and eight the other half the next day. The caprese salad was a nice touch and decent amount because the sandwich has excellent bread that is probably made at the cafe. It's thick, soft, and tastes healthy and of good quality. Tastes like it was made with love.

What a fantastic meal! We enjoyed sharing a pizza and a salad and they were both top quality and super filling. The canteen style suited us well and even though the place is popular we easily found a table outside. It was 4pm when we arrived and it was quiet but got much busier as we left after 5. Nice loos too. Wish we'd had room for pud as they looked delicious.
The ambience and service were great. The food was really good and fresh. I will eat there again.
I like this place, the food is good. It's just a little high priced for a place that you stand in line to order and get your own drink refills. Everything is a la carte so your meal adds up quickly. Parking can be difficult also.
Fresh homemade food . Wood fired pizzas, hot & cold sandwiches amazing cookies & desserts. I had a grilled cheese with added tomato & bacon . Simply great comfort food. Everything here has been good. Turkey avocado sandwich very good as well. Sorry no photos on this trip. But trust me that if u get food here you won't be disappointed.
Dined in outside with a larger group. We asked to move tables and they were okay with that. We utilized the high chair and the shady patio space. I looked up the menu ahead of time so I knew what I wanted because inside, I didn’t really know where to start or what to look at. There was no direction or suggestions from staff so I didn’t get anything from the prepared foods case. I did end up grabbing 2 banana parfaits because I saw they were the only vegan option on the online menu for dessert. Most people seemed to get the salads there and they looked pretty decent. Dog friendly and water/utensils/condiments are self-serve. When you order, expect the portion size to match the price. Spaghetti is a whole plate; the chicken and mushrooms is the entree and you can add sides. My nut burger was healthy and the sauce was really good. Would recommend Selland’s for a healthy bite or easy lunch/dinner.
Lots of healthy options to choose from. I got three items from the salad case. The food tasted okay. The best part about this local eatery is the atmosphere and large amount of outdoor seating.
1st time here to have lunch with my brother and step father..... Everything was wonderful!!! I had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. They also have a nice beer selection which I appreciated.
If you’re a fan of food made with quality ingredients, Sellands is the restaurant to visit. They offer delicious desserts and amazing food. They also have a decent list of beers, cocktails, and wines. Our favorites are the cheesecakes, sangria, and Moroccan chicken burger with fries. The staff is always so friendly and the place is clean. Enjoy their beautiful patio in the summer with shady olive trees and cool misters!
I ordered a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce and a side of zucchini. The food was fresh and yummy. The restaurant’s ambiance is very chill and comfortable with a mix of tables/chairs and picnic table style seating. The outdoor seating area is comfortable as well. The service was good as well. I’ll definitely come back to try other items on their menu.
Good place to grab lunch. Opens at 11:30am but the line is out the door the first 30 minutes. Either show up at 11:30 or a little later if you are limited on lunch time.
Food tasted great. Lots of variety to choose from and the passion tea was good too.
The interior decorations was nice. A patio area is available for anyone who prefers eating outdoors.
Beer and wine are available too if anyone is interested in pairing them with a dish.
You won’t be disappointed with the food quality.
Great outdoor patio. If doing pickup you need to go inside to the "delivery, online & phone order pickup" sign' and give them your order information. They will give you a number and will bring your food to you when ready.
I like the idea of this place. Really solid food, easy to order, quick-service, nice environment and very clean. The mashed potatoes with the chicken mushroom gravy is outstanding as a side. The meatloaf is great. The salmon is awesome as well as the roast chicken. Their desserts are amazing.

I like meeting people here because of the varied menu. Everything I have tried has been great. Service is also great.
very noisy inside. Family friendly so kids are running around, yelling and screaming while parents drink wine. Food is excellent, delicious desserts. Staff really don't care if you're there or not. Parking can be a challenge. Many homeless people in close proximity. Lovely outdoor patio.
Love the architecture of the building and design of the restaurant. It is open space and fresh. Nice outdoors area. Good quality food. Maybe a little pricey for the portions they serve. Wine is good. The best thing is the variety of deserts.
Took my mom for dessert. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of food.
The sandwich was very good. I shared 3 of their homemade salads. I especially loved the beet salad. The restaurant is open, spartan but quite and pleasant. The servers were polite. I will definitely come back.
