We often have lunch in this place with a partner. Always clean and cozy. Cooked very tasty. The dishes that we order can be seen in the photo. Polite and attentive staff. I recommend it to everyone.)

Great tasting Vietnamese food here. We stopped by for a quick lunch ordering pho and rice dishes. Place wasn’t very busy and a few tables were closed to keep social distancing for customers.
Waiter and waitress are very nice and friendly also refilling our water several times.
Being next door to a gym is good too. Folks working out can stop by to replenish their calories.
Big portions! My bun was good. My mother said the pho has improved. Service wasn't great. Sporadic and unattentive. It's probably a good place for the neighborhood but not one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in Sacramento.
Hands down the best pho in my neighborhood. The broth is fantastic & is served piping hot. The salt & peppered eggplant is very good. I enjoy it with a side of sweet & sour sauce. The Peking Pork ribs has a sweet glaze & is finger licking good. As it heats up, the strawberry shake is one of my favs as well as the vermicelli bowls with grilled pork & chicken. Fast & friendly service. Prices are affordable and portion sizes are big enough for sharing. Great for take or dine in. Parking gets a bit crazy in this plaza so try parking around back. There's a back door entrance to Hoa Viet so you don't have to walk all the way around to the front.
I've been trying a few of the items on the menu, and since I haven't been disappointed and still have no complaints. Delicious
Love the Chicken Pho! Got the XL because I have a migraine and knew I would need some for later, so good. I have brought family here and they loved it.

as i breathe the air of life today, i am happy. yes, i make mistakes. yes, i may be wrong sometimes. i am not ashamed to admit i'm not perfect and nor do i strive to be. yet, everyday i do my best. although, i continue to believe that my best can always become better. i never stop making room for improvement. i am the daughter to two entrepreneurs, my parents. our family business is a growing one. because my parents came to this country with nothing, they raised me and my siblings with discipline. teaching us loyalty and respect, our foundation was built upon morals. today, we are proud to be a part of one of the biggest restaurant franchises in northern california. we are northern california's largest vietnamese chain restaurant with over a dozen locations. to have come this far after a lifelong struggle through hard times, we are truly blessed. i am satisfied in knowing i have a relationship with god. he is the most merciful. because he always seems to forgive me, i live life to serve others by the glory of his grace. he sent us angels who helped save my family from the burden and blessed us with a restaurant. in return, we provide food for our community and feed the hungry. i love this industry, it is so selfless. and for once in my life, i have never been so proud to say that i am a waitress. i am a waitress, and behind the apron i wear comes a powerful story of a family who never stopped believing, hoping, and praying. they say hip-hop is dead. what is hip-hop? all the raps about coming from nothing into something. my family... Food was served nice and hot. Garluc chicken was fresh, served with baby bok choy. A little pricey for the amount of food, i just to be able to take home 1/2 of what I ate. Everything has gone up though...
Great pho amazing rice plates and the wings are off the charts!!! Amazing staff nice friendly and made our experience wonderful. We will definitely be back. thank you!!!
Great rice dishes and the Pho is also exceptional. Friendly staff and service is prompt. Having eaten Pho from various states this is just as good if not better. Next time I'm in town I will definitely stop by again!
