Reviews Five Guys

Had to kill some time around lunch so I actually drove around and searched for the business I'd land to eat, like literally drove the 3 corners of N. Natomas. I wanted to try a new spot and landed at 5 Guys. The place was pretty empty around 2:30, the guy taking my order was nice to review the 5 Guys menu since I was unfamiliar with it. Before I get into what I didn't like, I'll finish with the good. The burger was very good, but I had a hard time keeping all the ingredients together, I think next time I'll order a single. I tried the Cajan Fries and although I liked it, I was not liking how much of the seasoning was powdery, like eating Cheetos. I might go for regular fries in the future. The only bad, if you will, is that I dined in and I guess everyone gets a to-go bad, I wish they had trays for dine-in customers. Also, and this is a weird one to complain about, but I ordered small fries and I got a huge order of them and I LOVE that they were fresh, but they also covered my burger in the bag making me have to sift through hot fries to grab the burger. For the most part, I liked the place and appreciated fresh food and good service.

Food was good but it was uncomfortably hot and lots of flies. I ate my delicious French fries while they were hot and took my patty melt sandwich to go. The sandwich did travel well but I would have preferred to eat it while it was fresh.

First time here, this place is fantastic I had an amazing time and I think I met God halfway through my burger. If I could rate higher, I would. Thank you Five Guys!

The food was absolutely amazing and worth the 10 minute wait. The bacon cheeseburger was cooked to perfection and all the toppings were fresh and flavorful.

The food was good. I got a little bacon cheeseburger (cheddar), and my friend got a BLT. We shared 1 large regular fries & 2 regular drinks. Very pricey (36.00) Staff was super nice. I can't afford to eat at 5Guys often, but it is good food!

This place used to be not so good a few years ago ( mostly the service was blah ) Not sure if management has changed, but now the food is made quicker , the staff is a lot more attentive and friendly, and they always greet you. ( I know some people don’t like that, I am not particularly fond of the attention myself, but I think it’s kind nonetheless to be noticed.

Better burgers, fast food style. Ugly restaurant. Tasty food. Polite staff. Sometimes a little slow.

Great service, you never see the workers doing nothing. Always keeping the inside and outside tidy up. Very friendly, good background music, relativity fast service as well. Very pleased overall.

Great burgers, fries and shakes. Not that busy for lunch. Wonderful toppings options like grilled mushrooms included. Jalapenos are raw, not pickled. Generous servings of seasoned fries. Nice variety of shakes. Good labelling system with numbered stickers for each burger. Small burger is bigger than an In n Out burger. Not the cheapest fast food but so yummy.

One of the tastiest juicy burgers in Sacramento. Add A-1 sauce and you're in burger heaven

Really cool place. They make great burgers, really good fries and lots of them, and excellent shakes. They aren't cheap. In fact, a little on the pricey side but their food is really good. Their service was excellent, the food came quickly but freshly made, and the place was clean and inviting. Other than the price of things I don't have a bad thing to say about them. Considering that, I suppose that's what you have to pay to get something so completely satisfying.
