I have loved La Bou for years because they serve great lunch options and they are healthy unlike fast food. In the morning a delicioys cappuccino with a pastry is a real treat. Quality baked items. Muffins are not dry and a heated scone is my favorite. Choices of breads are many but I like the croissant for sandwiches. I have never been disappointed.
This location is low in appeal appearance.
Appearance is run down, nothing fancy, however the food is good for basic food. Location is easy in / out. Price is reasonable.
I've Loved This Place Since I First Got My Meal Here, I Been To Other La Bous But They Don't Have The Consistency This Place Has. The Quality Is Great An The Staff Is Excellent. I Have No Complaints Its A 9.6 For Me Because One Time They Did Not Fill The Dill Sauce To The Top Of The Container.
They have delicious pastries and I’d love to buy them here more often. However, it would be nice if they could update their hours to reflect the time that they actually lock their doors. I see they close at 3:30pm on Sundays posted on their door and online. But if I get there 10-15 minutes before closing because I’m out of school a bit after 3pm, the door is already locked. Will definitely stop by a different day to buy the almond croissant though.
My favorite to go place for delicious croissants, baguette with dill dippers, breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, salads are good portions and the sandwich lunch trays do not skimp!! Always attention to detail is great, food is fresh and well made, service is kind and to the point!! Love it here 💛
Pastries and salads are very good! They have a delicious dill dressing that great for dipping with the baguette.!! The chocolate croissant is better than Estelle's!
The baguette with dill sauce is amazing! I have to get some every time I visit Sacramento!

Been coming here since I was a child with my grandfather. Love the Spicy Thai Chicken Bread Bowl and the Apple Strudels are amazing...but they will be sold out by 8:30-9am so you better be early.
I went through the drive thru. I had the small Chinese Chicken salad. It was delish. The staff are very kind and helpful. I love the mango iced tea
Ordered a 15 order lunch and it was a good experience. Just order with time. They can get pretty busy. Took them a little longer but he took care of us and gave us a bakery item on the house.
They are very busy during lunch, both inside and the drive-thru, so expect lines. But their food is very good and the reason you’ll wait - it’s worth it.. My favorite is their Chinese Chicken Salad. Of course their soft fresh-baked baguettes are excellent, too. The lunch prices are good and you get a decent amount of food. I’ve had their sandwiches, which are good portions.
Friendly staff, great food, clean and quiet eatery. Love the La Boy chicken salad.
Food is always fresh and delicious. They most all have the same menu so food is consistent and always good. Because food is fresh and healthy it is a bit pricey..but always worth it. They also hire people with disabilities which is awesome!
Dill sauce and baguette... Awesome. Oh, and I guess my turkey/avocado/bacon on croissant was pretty good too 😋 always fresh and tasty. It's a lil more $$, but you'll taste it. And an extra $2ish for an awesome sandwich on bread that was actually baked there is totally worth it.
Don't forget to grab a couple muffins for later 😉
