This is a family run place and I absolutely love it. Have been coming back for years. They have one of a kind french fries. They have delicious side orders such as catfish, oysters, or simple for kids grilled cheese with or without ham. Tasty boba teas, smoothie or canned drinks. Definitely recommend this place. Especially because of the family who runs it, most kind people ever.

Had this place for the first time and it was a good lunch. The staff is friendly and food good. Would be willing to return and try more of the menu.

OMG! What a hidden gem. I want to try the rest of the menu but EVERY TIME I get the Shrimp Po'Boy. I love the family vibe that keeps this joint cookin'. My only complaint is that they are located close to home... the temptation is constant.

Great little spot. Friendly counter staff( I think the are also the owners). I had the shrimp PoBoy and my friend had the soft shell crab. We got the meal deal and it was plenty of food for lunch. The bread was very good and the produce was fresh and crisp and seafood was not greasy at all.

Always planned to go here but never did. The inside is pretty dang small but not cramped. Things are relatively clean, the air feels fresh, and there is the smell of sandwiches. Ring the bell to order, and choose from a huge variety of sandwiches in varying sizes. I had ordered the shrimp sandwich, which is apparently a pretty popular item in the menu, with a side of fries. Your order comes with this cajun-y sauce that is amazing, and a generous amount too. I bit in to my sandwich, and began to hear sea shanties as I enjoyed the combo of french bread, pickles, lettuce, and fried shrimp. I enjoyed the fries, but the seasoning is on the heavier side, like wingstop, but some people like that. I didn't even finish my meal in the restaurant, because I had gotten full from half the sandwich, which is a pretty rare thing for me. I was s a t i s f i e d. Good food. Food good.

Man this is my favorite sandwich place in the entire city now. The seafood poboys are incredible and the sauce make them that much better. The egg rolls here are a good side for the sandwich. More recently I had the BBQ pork sandwich and it was like Vietnamese style. Great all around and will order again. Everyone should try.

My husband and I love these small independent restaurants because they have good food for low prices. The fish here was great--large portions, fresh, and well-prepared. It doesn't look like much, but it is worth it.

I called ahead, and placed my order. It was ready in 15 minutes. Everything was fresh and the tomatoes on the Po Boy were delicious. The fries are amazing and what I am assuming is cornmeal battered onion rings are like nothing else.

The sandwich was slightly dry, the fries had quite a bit of salt, and the wait time was rather long. The bread was very good and if the dippinng sauce for the fries was very good. Those two things earned it an extra star.

I really enjoyed my shrimp po boy at this ma & pa shop. A star was docked due to its lack of frills. The sandwich was really great and filling, but the taste wasn't elevated to anything beyond a good meal. This is a great place to take out a few po boys for you and your friends / coworkers

I had the shrimp po boy and sweet potato fries. Bread was crisp and flaky, the shrimp were perfectly cooked, and their sauce is crazy good. Fries were also fresh and crispy. Recommend!

Real New Orleans style fried seafood.Always hot fresh, and not greasy. Portions are generous, and service friendly. You wait a bit, but your food is fried when you order.

A preferred spot for delicious seafood. Filled me up in no time. I'll return family next time. Prices were decent. This place has positive reviews for a reason.

If you are tired of every fish and chip place only having beer battered cod, French Po-Boys One is the right place to come to. Not only do they have a special breading you can't find anywhere else in the city but they have other white fish besides cod! You can pick between Tilapia, Catfish, Swai, oysters, shrimp, bbq, softshell crab, and more. Plus recently they started serving boba tea 😁. During winter they have a great gumbo to keep you warm and their fries are nicely seasoned, plus they can come with little shrimps sprinkled in.
