Went through drive thru and the young lady that took our order AMAZED ALL of us ,she not only reread our entire order back to us but when we got order home Everything was actually in the bags ,First time that has Ever happened ,EVER .WE ALL FEEL SHE DESERVES A RAISE , PROMOTION , DEFINITELY OVERQUALIFIED FOR THIS JOB .Y'ALL ARE VERY LUCK TO HAVE HER ONBOARD.Makes it worth the drive and the money ..😁💯

Tried their new chicken wraps and fries. Gave it an 8. Their salads are very good. Rate them 10.

This is by far the best Wendy's in South Sac. Always fresh hot fries, and the employees are great. I eat here 6 days a week for a reason 😋

It is next to Costco. It is a nice place to have lunch or dinner. It is not too crowded.

I got the sausage biscuit for the first time and omg it was so delicious lol the best thing ever, it was so fluffy not dry at all , definitely recommend. I went today 3/7/23 got the chicken sandwich and a really liked it.

Went to the Costco next to Wendy's and just had to have a cheeseburger. Walked in and was greeted with a hi and a smile. Made order without condiments. I think the young man was new. He asked for help and a second employee came over to input the order but I think he was new too. They leave for a few minutes and come back the guy in charge. He input the order and with a smile said the order would be forthcoming. Mind you I twice more repeated no condiments. I get my order and what cha know the burger came with the works. I walk back to counter and explain the order is not right. I get another cheeseburger and it was the best burger I've had in a while. First bite and the juices come running out of burger. It was perfect and thank you Wendy's for the fantastic burger. Also I'm a little technology challenged sometimes as I couldn't work the soda machine,explained to young man who calmly asked if he could pour it for me. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Back in the day (over a year ago) the line wouldn’t move for 20+ minutes and it was horrible. Service is much better, food is hot,rarely any mistakes with the order. I don’t know what changed but it was definitely for the better!

This is the first time I ate at Wendy's due to my son's positive comments about their food. I like that their menu is posted by the entrance before you get in line. They have good selections of burgers, chicken sandwich and salads. They have different kinds of fries too! When we visited the staff who attended us were very helpful and friendly. We got there at the end of the day so some of their sodas were not available. We did not want to wait for them to refill the station so we just got what's available. Their soda station is high tech and they have different flavors such as peach sprite, strawberry sprite, creamy root beer, etc. Love it! I will definitely come back here to eat their delicious food!

Listen, my son gets their nuggets all the time, granddaughter loves the lemonade and the female manager is fantastic but seriously no entrance to the lobby. We were getting food to go anyway but, no menu board before you get to window so you have to make the person at the speaker wait. Only one window so the same person is taking your money and giving you your food. I'm feeling like businesses are saying they don't have change because employees don't know how to count back the customers change. I use a card but feel cash should be an option.
