This classic cinnamon roll shop is located right across from Land Park. They offered three different types of rolls when I was there - classic cinnamon, raisin, and walnut. I went with the walnut and an iced latter. Both were great!
It may be helpful to note that this is inside a gas station kiosk and there is no seating.
First time here and would be coming back. The cinnamon roll isn’t too sweet which I like! It’s soft, buttery and warm.

The best Cinnamon Roll I ever ate! Staff super friendly!
They have THEE best banana nut muffins. The chocolate muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and mochas are good also. The last time I was there, I clumsily spilled my mocha in my car. They gave me a cloth to clean it up with and quickly replaced the mocha. All was well in my world again. You have to get there early, though.🙂

Some of the best cinnamon rolls you'll ever have.
I'm just one more extremely satisfied customer and my only regret is that they are not closer to where I live in Midtown. Happily, Jump Bikes have enabled me to schedule more frequent visits, so I'll look forward to pedaling my way through Land Park, knowing that the most scrumptious cinnamon rolls, muffins and flavored coffee await at the end of journey. The consistent great quality and always warm hospitality are added pluses.

The have perfected the cinnamon roll. It was crunchy up top and soft everywhere else and perfectly sweet and perfect all around. The best cinnamon roll I've ever eaten they are masters of the sticky bun. And it was hot!
