I was just in your location about 15 mins ago an would just like to say that not only the shake I got was amazing but the employee that assisted me was the greatest. Very helpful and great suggestions! I didnt catch her name but I mentioned I also work downtown. I had the chocolate brownie mixed with butter pecan shake. Wonderful!
We went on Mother's Day and loved it! Such a fun ice cream shop! It was a fairly busy day but they got us our ice cream quickly and the girls that helped us were very kind. We can't wait to go back and try other flavors! It's a perfect addition to St. George Street.

Trying to escape the heat and Ben and Jerry's offers way too many sweet options! Took the kids this week and the vibe inside is very friendly and positive! Classic flavors and some I had never heard of and they did not mind our sampling! Great addition to the historic downtown!

This Ben and Jerry's is incredible! The manager Jade did an amazing job accommodating my nut allergy. Not only did they make sure I didn't feel pressured to change my order to make it easier for them, they went above and beyond to make me feel safe. Truly amazing service! I will be coming back again in the future
Friendly and quick staff. My friend has a vanilla allergy, and they said unfortunately all the ice cream is vanilla based, so we tried their berry sorbet slushie. It was very good!
My daughter really liked their ice cream. One had the strawberry flavor and the other had the phish food flavor. I would definitely take them here again, plus you can always find at least a 10% off coupon in all of the coupon booklets around St. Augustine.
Staff was very helpful and understood exactly what VEGAN means! There were 3 VEGAN, NON-DAIRY options: Cold Brew Coffee Fudge Chip, Coconut Almond Fudge Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough-- all 100% plant-based. We got all 3! For a small cup/cone, you get 2 scoops, a great way to try a few flavours! Their sugar cone is vegan (waffle cone is not). Vegans and those who are lactose intolerant (I happen to be both) really appreciate these options! Looking forward to trying more vegan flavours here!
Great little ice cream shop directly in the center of a little retail plaza. Castillo de San Marcos across the street, all within walking distance! Beautifully manicured area.
Can’t go wrong with Ben and Jerry’s! Had the Chocolate Therapy flavor! Very good. Bought the kid size and it was more than enough!
What a fantastic place! Every time I go to St. Augustine I bypass every other ice cream shop to go to Ben and Jerry’s. Why? They have non dairy options! When I visited they had strawberry marshmallow, cookie dough, and a fudge kind. It’s such a relief to buy non dairy ice cream. I feel so seen and heard! The staff works hard and is super friendly! I HIGHLY recommend.

Ben and Jerry's is my favorite ice cream place in town! You can get 2 scoops in the small cup when at most other places charge more for a second flavor. I always feel like I get more for my money at this ice cream shop! My go to flavor is the strawberry shortcake and the fudgie brownie! They balance each other out well. They are also dog friendly and will give your pup and little whipped treat🐶 Their milkshakes are super good too, you pick the ice cream it's made out of. The best on Saint George street, give it a try!
