We found out about Jamex and our first time was last Friday week 5 since opening. 2 people working our server had a great description of the the beers on tap. Service was good considering 2 were working. Nice crowd of people not overly loud. We will be going back many times. Beers we tried were excellent. Nice addition to the craft beer scene and St Clair Shores.
Jamex is a very welcome addition to this neighborhood. Jeff and Kat are a great couple and I couldn't be happier spending my money with them. The beer is exceptional! It packs a wallop, too. And of course, they let me bring in Bubba. Actually, I'm pretty sure I have to have Bubba with me to get in. It's definitely my new favorite spot!
Excellent rotating beer selection, amazingly friendly staff, great food trucks. What more could you ask for. Jeff and Kat keep a great rotation of flavorful brews on tap that changes week to week. While the classic German styles are definitely a highlight of their skills they aren’t afraid to go outside the box to try something new. A nice change of pace to the big brand breweries that have the same stuff every time. Their passion for craft beer and the community as a whole is apparent in every glass served.
Great beer, great staff, and dog friendly. I highly recommend. Carmen and others were superb.

Great beer, friendly service. Nice atmosphere in which to watch the World Series and enjoy some really good beer. Heart of Darkness was my fave of the night. Looking forward to many more visits.
Although this brewery is new to the city, it is absolutely amazing! The beer is great & everyone is so friendly! We can’t get enough of this place! We are big fans!!

Cool place! Has an intimate kinda dive feel but with really interesting beers. Nice bartenders. The Lemon Drop Saison is absolutely out of this world.

Nice little brewery and appeared to be very popular with the crowd on Saturday. I went explicitly to try the Strawberry Milkshake IPA, it was pretty in pink 🙂 and delicious!
Service was friendly and selection was good. Polish food truck outside for some yummy pierogies and kielbasa. A nice change for brew food. Well worth the trip and a tag-a-brew participant to boot!
Fantastic sour and other very tasty brews. The barman was nice and welcoming. Hella cool music selection as well.
Cozy little brewpub, friendly employees, and best of all, an always rotating selection of really good and inventive beer styles.
Boskman and Coffee is a great American brown ale. The Blueberry Shake IPA is outstanding.
Cool and mello spot. There’s a food truck, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Truly a gem in the neighborhood!
The beer here is very tasty but what makes me come back again and again is Spencer the Bartender. He and I were in the bar alone one dark and stormy night when he told me his tale. I am not ashamed to say I openly wept to hear the tragedy of his life and the hardships he has overcome. Though young in body, Spencer has the wisdom of a man three times his age. He has talked me through many hardships in my life and I value him more than as a provider of beer, but as a close friend. Please come and experience the legend of this man yourself, you will become a better person for it. I know I did.
I started coming to this bar quite a while ago, i made friends with the tall bearded bartender spencer. He told me his tale, his hardships, his highs, his many lows. What a lovely man. Please tip him well so his family can eat. How could i not mention sarah! Fastest pour in the west, a national treasure, and a gosh dang good bartender. 10/10
