I picked this pizza up and it was supposed to be fresh but as you can see it looks old. I ordered a hand tossed pizza the crust is incredibly thin there is barely no sauce and it is completely horrible. This is the third time I ordered from this Pizza Hut and the pizza disappointed me. Never AGAIN.

I ordered online and after placing my order I received an estimate of 88-98 min for delivery. After waiting all that time I was relieved when I got a text saying my order was out for delivery. I sent my daughter to wait in the apartment hallway as usual. I live on the first floor facing the street
One big reason I'm giving 5 stars... when you order pickup, there is a TV screen with names of current orders on a big monitor. You look up, see your name, and the word "ready" by it. No guessing. No worries. Brilliant!
I’ve waited nearly an hour (two different times) past my wait time.
I also ordered double sausage and hardly had any sausage. One of my slices didn’t have a single sausage on it.
The atmosphere here's absolutely fantastic. Games playing all around you, a bar for more adult drinks, and good, consistent pizzas and pizza accessories.
I've never been in a Pizza hut that set up like this, but I can tell you I will definitely be back
Ordered a pizza through the app and according to the app it would be ready at 7:41 PM. Arrived at location and paid for my order at 7:40 PM. Waited until 7:55 and asked about the status of my order and it had not even been prepared yet. Cancelled my order and got a refund. Thanks for wasting my time
