Good bar food, decent beer selection. Delicious salmon app, solid Irish breakfast and Shepherd’s pie. Traditional pub atmosphere, very busy, service OK.
Tee-geen, a small cottage, the name translates to. Just by home and a great watering hole with great eats.
We've been here twice already and have explored the food menu more often than the liquids. The shepherd's pie in particular is yummy.
Awesome food, awesome atmosphere. Shepard ' s pie and smoked salmon bites are killer!
Kimberly the bartender was fun, the food was good, and the drinks were perfect.
Great draft cider. The Tigin Irish Pub happy hour is a real bargain. The corned beef rolls and salmon bites are unique and delicious. Of course, beer and cocktails are available, but the cider is outstanding. The brunch menu looks good; will definitely go back.
Oh my goodness it was amazing i loved it so much
Great food, good service, friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

Tigin's Delight!!. UPDATE 2013: Returned here again in March 2013 and had all of my favorites below. Still love everything about it...wish we had one where I lived!
After a day of touring the "Arch" we walked across the street and happened on this friendly spot with a view for a refreshing beer and bite. I have frequented a pub or two in my day but this place takes the trophy for me. Authentic, friendly and oozing with real pub atmosphere...did I mention the grub? Talk about a wonderful surprise!! We enjoyed with great delight the Irish Smoked Salmon Bites "Traditional cold smoked, oak smoked salmon on a crispy boxty "blini" capers, onions and a horseradish sauce" and the Corned Beef Rolls "Tender corned beef and creamy mustard sauce tightly rolled inside a traditional boxty topped with a cabbage salad" What a delight! I just wish we would have discovered this place earlier on our visit. Next year we know!! We will be back - perhaps daily!!
On my many trips to St Louis I stayed at the downtown Hampton Inn for many reasons. Towards the top of that list is Tigin's Irish Pub! Great atmosphere, location and staff are consistently nice! Enjoy all that downtown St Louis has to offer with Tigin's at the Hampton Inn as your home away from home, I do!
Better than expected. We had some trouble finding somewhere to eat on Thanksgiving and happened to try Tigin by chance. This Irish bar restaurant was fairly busy but we were well attended to. We were a bit worried when we heard that they only had one cook in the kitchen, but went ahead and ordered some sliders, potato soup and a steak boxty. The food was a little slow in coming but we were enjoying the drinks, so it did not bother us. The soup was very average and a little bland. The sliders were pretty good, juicy and well seasoned. The boxty was interesting. A wrap made from potato, a really good steak filling and a covering of a rich sauce made with whisky. It came with fresh vegetables too. I really enjoyed it. Not top tier food but for the price it was decent and satisfying.
This is the second time in a week and the service was great and the food was also great. The chicken tenders were the best I have had.
Went to Tigin for lunch on a Tuesday. Loved the atmosphere. Service was wonderful. Fish Tacos were amazing! Beer was perfect. I will be back before my business trip is over.
Pretty dang good. Ate at Tigin's for dinner. Great fish and chips. Service as excellent; our sever was really attentive and friendly. Was worried after some bad reviews here. Reasonable prices for food. Alcohol was overpriced. Will definitely be back.
Not what I expected. Tried Tigin for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was not what I expeted...it was better. The location is great, but at first I was skeptical due to the commercial nature of the businesses around it and the way it is situated on the ground floor of a hotel. BUT it WORKS!! First off its a great place to hang out and have a couple pints. Secondly, the menu is great and the food is wonderfully prepared. Our group of four all had something different but all had the same reaction - Wow!
Thanks for the meal...we shall darken your door again.
Food is unexpectedly wonderful!. I was honestly expecting average pub food. I was pleasently surprised with a beautiful presentation, a wonderful waitress, and the food... VERY tasty! I really enjoyed their mini burgers, chicken tenders, and especially the chicken cheesesteak. WOW. Everything I tried was so delicious, nothing was dissapointing. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it. Try it out for sure!
Very good. I thoroughly enjoy their corn beef sandwich.
Very good food and service. A bit of a wait for the food even with no customers. But it was freshly cooked and home battered. Food came out hot and the fries were home made. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes a good burger and fries. Don’t go in search of healthy food.
Food was fast and good! Service was okay. We went there only for dinner and not for drinks so we probably weren't the most exciting customers for our waitress. The fish and chips are super good here though and location is convient for anyone downtown.
As a Brit living in the US, it was great to be able to get a British Full Breakfast, complete with HP Sauce and washed down with a pint of Strongbow Hard Cider. I was in my element. My wife loved her fish and chips and my son are up his chicken tenders. The staff were brilliant also.
We really enjoyed Tigin Irish Pub. I had chicken wings and a salad and others had burgers and all were good. The pretzel with cheese was the star of the show though, definitely recommend it as an appetizer or as a meal.
The beer is great, and food is good. Great neighborhood feel. They were great to my dog :) Loved the live music on the patio Saturday, those 2 guys were wonderful! Waitress Bella is the best!
Always friendly with good service and a great selection. They have a vast array of delightful beverages and always have a fun match on the many tvs. Never too loud but during big matches the guests get into it and everyone has a good time. Thanks for some fun memories :)
This is a nice big pub with a lot of beers on tap including some great Guinness mixes. I went for lunch and got the Boxty which was good. The only drawback was that they don't have a big dessert menu but you can always get another beer. Also the place is very clean including the restroom.
The service was so friendly and efficient. They allowed me to sample ciders before deciding which was nice! The decor was perfect for a classic Irish pub.
Food was amazing (of course). The staff was quite friendly and the bar-staff is knowledgeable about their drinks.
So excited when we came across this place while looking for something to eat that wasn't a burger! Felt like a pub back home in Australia. Friendly and great menu! Highly recommend!
