I am a very picky pregnant person when it comes to food, but my husband took me here for dinner tonight, and This place was delicious. We will be going back.
Delicious! We were there during the lunch rush and the food and service were both excellent. Friendly staff and the best Thai in the St. Charles county area.
First time eating here, we had the grilled lemongrass beef and Hawaiian fried rice, both were really delicious! the beef was presented very nicely on a sizzling plate like fajitas with awesome crunchy string beans and cabbage and some sticky rice, a perfect sized meal. The Hawaiian fried rice was really really amazing, we will get that every time! The service was great as well, our server spent a lot of energy on us, asking questions and taking care that we both ordered what we were in the mood for. Which was definitely welcomed because the menu is pretty extensive. We will return!
Best Thai food in St Louis. The Pad Thai here is spot on. Nice location. Not in the mall.
Flavorful food and pleasant setting. We have eaten here twice recently. The food is fresh and tasty. I have ordered the jungle curry and the red curry and both were spicy. I still liked it though and prefer spice over mild. The service is great! Staff is welcoming, accommodating and personable. Price is reasonable especially considering large portions!
The food is impeccable, the service is too, this is our favorite place to eat, everything we try off the menu is spectacular, and portions are enough to fill the hungriest person.
Good food and excellent service. I was a first-time visitor to Sunisa recently. I received a warm, friendly welcome as I entered the establishment. The owner offered me assistance in choosing a dish. I decided on the Red curry Chicken. I was unsure of what level of heat to order (the choice was 1-5 peppers). I usually like spicy dishes including peppers like cayenne, jalapenos, Serrano's, etc. I am not a lightweight when it comes to spice. The owner requested that I taste test the dish before leaving. I tried it and I was surprised how spicy level 2 was. The owner graciously insisted that they take it back to the kitchen and tone down the spice. They brought it down a level and I thoroughly enjoyed my dish. It was a flavorful dish served with a healthy portion of Jasmine rice. The dish was under $10 so I'm unsure why others have complained about the pricing. I will definitely become a regular there.

I never write reviews, but the food here is sooooo great it deserved 5 stars. I've searched everywhere for true that papaya salad and I found it! Very impressed and I will definitely be back for more :)
Love it!. Really good, we're very happy to have found this place in St. Peter's. You can control how spicy you'd like it. The service is good and it's very clean. This is our new go to for Thai - no more driving into the city!
The service is friendly and the dishes were delicious. Unfortunately we were just visiting the area because if we lived here we would make this restaurant a regular!
Great authentic Thai. The panang curry is outstanding and the staple dishes (pad thai, drunken noodles, ect) make you want to keep coming back. The service is friendly and accommodating. St charles needs more great places like this.
Awesome food and service! I almost forgot we were in St. Charles county; the food tasted like we were eating at an upscale restaurant downtown or something. I had the Gang Pa and my son had the Pad kee-maow. Both were excellent. Then Roti with condensed milk for dessert, which I've never seen on a menu before - and it was the highlight of the whole meal. I am definitely going back, as often as I can.
Excellent!!!. I've eaten here several times and I do believe that this is the best Thai food in town. Love the Sweet Potato Fries and the Yum Woonsen. Service was great and the owner was very sweet.
Tip: If you really like spicy food, ask for the "Thai Scale" spicy!
Delicious! The summer veggie spring rolls were refreshing and yummy! We had yellow curry and spicy basil chicken. Both very good! Be careful on the spice though. We ordered 1-2 level and that was spicy enough!! Very friendly owner as well. Would definitely go back.
Spread the Word. I've eaten at my share of Thai Restaurants, Sunisa's is right up there with the best of them. The Tom-Kha Gai soup is fantastic and so is the Masaman Curry. My wife likes the Pad Thai also. I wouldn't recommend ordering your dish over spice level 3 unless you've eaten a lot of Thai or Indian food and like it spicy. There aren't an abundance of Thai restaurants in St. Charles County, so please spread the word so this place will be here for years to come.
Great Thai food!! What a great authentic selection. Service is so friendly!
Great place!!! I always try a different item and have never been disappointed! Staff was great- took us on a tour of the kitchen to show us how things were made. They almost always give a complimentary appetizer also. This is my new favorite place!!
Excellent! Authentic Thai. Not too sweet and creamy.
Great food. Way more authentic than what you usually find!
This new restaurant has authentic Thai dishes that I have not seen at other restaurants. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly and the portions are a generous size.
Best Thai food in St. Charles county!. I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. By the looks of it, it is not impressive, so my husband and I didn't expect much. The service was fantastic, and the food was outstanding...the best I've had in years. Sunisa's is a hidden gem. My husband loved his Panang Curry and I was raving about my Tom Ka Gai soup and Black sticky rice w coconut milk for weeks. So much so, I felt compelled to give a review. Can't wait to go back!
Had green curry with chicken it was very good. Best I have had here.
Best thai food in town hands down. Got to try. They can make it spicy and flavorable.
Finally!. Finally good food nearby! The last business there was a pretty bad Chinese restaurant but I noticed the new sign so I thought I would check it out and get some takeout one day on the way home. I was happy to find someone who was nice and friendly at the counter! I ordered Spicy Basil, Pad Thai and the addicting appetizer of Roti (the yellow curry for dipping is genius) they just need to add one extra pancake. Everything was great! The level 3 spice for the basil dish was pretty hot but still really flavorful. I am so happy to have a good Thai restaurant.
Overall I was pleased with the food. The place was empty so that was concerning, but my food was hot, quick, and tasted fresh. I ordered Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp and an order of veggie rolls. Veggie rolls were crispy and very good, the sauce that came with it wasn’t my style, but it was ok. The Pad Thai was a decently sized portion, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the chicken and shrimp were very good. The dish did have a different flavor thanks I’ve had before, but it was good.
The dining room is small but casual. The menu was fairly large, so there are lots of options. There were a lot of takeout orders while I was there. Overall I would definitely go back!
Decided to stop in on a whim, we had the curry, and it was some of the best curry I've had since moving back in to the StL area :)
We placed our order online, and staff called us to politely inform us they were out of an item we ordered, and offered to replace it and refund the discrepancy in prices, or refund it altogether. A very pleasant experience all around!
Had nice experience during our first visit. We ordered Khao khai chiao.. and garlic chicken with some pot stickers. Khao khai chiao was nice.will come back again
We are not normally out this way but after running a few errands we stumbled upon this place. Both of our food was amazing & plenty to take home after finishing our meal. The made taking curry home no trouble with this sealed to-go container. Highly recommend! I can say we both were impressed by their customer service & even more impressed by their food!
This is one of my favorite places to eat with my family and friends , the people are really nice , I usually order #44 udon noodle beef, it was delicious I can’t complain, I really feel like home when I go in there! This restaurant is so good 5⭐️ The service is fantastic
I will give this restaurant 5+++ stars. The food is always good and the staffs are really nice and friendly. This one is my favorite thing( Pad Kwee Maow ) I’ve ever had. I will come back for sure.
Best pad Thai ever. And the 42.2 is very unique! I like it with tofu instead of ground chicken . Sue is very nice and and all around awesome place unique and you won’t find the same food anywhere I have looked lol.
If you like Spicy get a 3. Don’t get a 5 your first time or you will have a bad time .
New to the area and thought we’d try and they did not disappoint! They do have spicy levels that most of restaurants we have tried don’t have so if you normally max out the spice level I recommend trying the next level down for this place. Very tasty food and good service also.
This place reminds me family owned restaurant, everything is calm and relaxing. Food is great - super spicy (I like spicy food)
Great food, pad thai was delicious and flavorful, only gave it 4 out of 5 because I still felt thai d was better, but this is definitely a second.
Never disappointed. Hidden gem in a strip mall. Our go to for delicious Thai cuisine.
