Brunch here was amazing. Best I've ever had anywhere. I ordered modest - the French toast. Every bite was delicious and moist - even the bites that included the crust. And the order was so big I brought enough home for two more breakfasts. One of my companions ordered the lobster eggs benedict. It was outstanding, with two large pieces of lobster. I'll definitely go back. Service was exceptional.

We stumbled upon it on a Saturday night and there was no wait. The atmosphere is great and the staff was friendly! We were underage so we just had water but the staff made us mocktails on the house. I highly recommend, the food was amazing and I definitely want to go back.

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time for our anniversary a month ago and such a great experience we immediately became members. Since then we’ve been back twice: once for brunch (the French toast with huckleberry compote was delicious the breakfast bread was awesome) and again for the absolutely incredible 5-course Valentines Dinner (oysters, steak tartare, beef tenderloin, scallops, wines paired with every dish....OMG YUMM)! Can’t wait to try what else Blood and Sand has to offer!

The best mixologists this side of the Mississippi and St Louis' best chef--hands down. Plus, I like to go where everyone knows my name.

Be prepared to enjoy St. Louis' #1 dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you like an old friend coming to dinner. Such thought and creativity has been put in to each drink and dish on the menu. Blood & Sand does not disappoint!

A St. Louis gem; the most exciting craft cocktails you've ever experienced! The menu is an exciting blend of creativity and whimsy, masterfully served by knowledgable staff. A home run for TJ and Adam. Bravo!

Amazing experience! Took my wife here for our anniversary and every aspect of dining here was incredible! The menus are exciting and executed brilliantly. Our server was so amazing we guessed she must be the owner, but if not, it just shows how dedicated the staff is in making your experience the highest level it can be!

Blood & Sand is a magnificent dining experience. Whether you decide to do a tasting menu or order a la carte, you will not go wrong. I would encourage everyone to try the Crispy Pork Belly, our favorite dish. We cannot wait to return to indulge in new Blood & Sand creations!

At Blood & Sand, it’s like you’re transported to a world of sophistication and elegance. The atmosphere at Blood & Sand is undeniably swanky, with a red ascetic that sets the mood for an unforgettable evening. The dimly lit spot exudes an air of exclusivity, making it the perfect spot for craft cocktails and inventive New American plates. Speaking of the menu, the plates were nothing short of exceptional down to the homemade tater tots. Each dish was a work of culinary art, with unique flavors and presentation that left a lasting impression. The attention to detail and the use of high-quality ingredients were evident in every bite. The craft cocktails at Blood & Sand are a must-try. The mixologists here are true artists, crafting cocktails that are as delicious as they are visually stunning. It's the perfect place to savor a well-crafted drink while enjoying the company of fellow members and their guests.

This was my first time here and the experience was absolutely amazing. I love her personable and knowledgeable the staff was and they had great recommendations because when I go out to eat I like to try and explore what the staff favorite dishes are and each recommendation was on point. Almost definitely will be back!

Visited this gem while at a conference. They need to open a location where I live. Ambience was sophisticated but casual. The menu thoughtful, creative, delicious, and intriguing. José's service was impeccable. Even the lighting was just right! I would come back here in a heartbeat.

My wife and I came here for my Birthday. We had a fantastic time! The food was excellent and the staff was all on point! The lamb was by far my favorite and the wagyu my wife got! If you’re doing the tasting, I would expect to pay $100+ per person with drinks, etc. They do have all carte as well if you wanted to get only a few and pay less. However, well worth the experience for a special occasion!

Visited for first time for my anniversary. I cannot say enough about this amazing restaurant. Our server Johnathon made us feel welcome and at home from the first moment. He gave us wonderful recommendations, since this was our first visit, and he was right in everyone. We did the five-course experience and every plate was cooked to perfection. I would go back for a full dish of any of them, but also wouldn't want to miss trying something new! I will have a very hard time choosing my next meal at Blood & Sand. Fabulous drinks as well, I love that they are named after song titles. Very lively and fun. We can't wait to visit again.

I went to Blood & Sand for dinner this past weekend with a couple girlfriends and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere, drinks, service, and food were all exceptional. I have never seen kangaroo on a menu before and the chef was fabulous in his preparation. I highly recommend Blood & Sand and I plan on coming back very soon!

Wow, a gem find for a business visitor! Drinks are original and creative. Service is stellar. Only downside is that the location seems remote and surrounded by questionable neighborhoods.

What an exceptional dining experience!! We sat at the bar and where well taken care of. My wife and I shared the 10 course tasting menu and we where not disappointed. We enjoyed our evening of culinary delights and perfectly made cocktails to the fullest. Thanks for the memories. On a side note, I saw some reviews where people complained about price. If your pinching pennies don’t come here and eat and then leave a bad review about the price. Consider that your paying for a dining experience that sets itself apart from the others. Cheers and Bon Appetit!

Today we went to Blood and Sand to celebrate our 11th anniversary. They had a taste menu and we are so happy that we went. Each of us had the 5 course meal and they had a variety of options to choose from but they are not the traditional dishes you’d get in any other restaurant. In order to have the most out of this experience, we decided as we were recommended by our server, get different dishes for each course. Before we even started we were offered their tots with cheese and truffle. We loved it. And it was served with their in house French dip. As well we had a bite of their own tortilla chip topped with venison meat and corn tomato and more yummy glaze. For starters I got the kangaroo tartare topped with quail yolk and on the side they had anchovies butter. Even though it might sound crazy but it tasted great. My wife got went for the safe choice and got pan seared panisse “chickpea” with vegetables. Second I got the bib lettuce salad that had lobster, cucumber, watermelon, granola and lobster vinaigrette. It was just amazing all the flavors worked great together. My wife got Pho Bo soup that had wagyu beef brisket “yumm” beef meatball “more yumm” rice noodles onions and ginger. That was one of the top dishes we had. Third, I got confit octopus that came with lentils and mbaongo sauce and pickled chili. That too came on the top of the list. She got the Sears duck breast with corn edamame scallion pure and black apricot Demi. Fourth, “at this point we are getting full, we thought we won’t be filled because of the portions but we were mistaken” I got the cocoa powdered elk chop with stone fruits ( peach, plum and apricot) that was a great chop and she got the grilled niman ranch skirt steak with baby carrots arugula and romesco sauce and it was another top of the list choice Finally dessert was great both choices that they had on the menu were amazing. The beignets and the white chocolate budino. The latter was a little too sweet but we had coffee that made it better. Overall, a great place to at least try once, we can’t wait to go again when they change their menu.

If you're going here, get it all! We did cocktails, entrees and dessert. Excellent atmosphere, very attentive and professional wait staff. This is definitely a top-shelf establishment, so you'll want to dress well for it. I got the oxtail, and my date got the fish. Amazing. Would recommend for a birthday or special occasion.
